    I have been trying to cancel my membership, to no avail.My membership started on October 18th 2020 during Covid lockdown. I was VERY ADAMANT THAT I DID NOT WANT THE **** RENEWAL. My roommate *********************** was witness to this.They auto renewed anyway. I asked them what happens when I need to cancel and they said "either come in or call us." After January of this year we could no longer go to the gym due to my roommates work schedule and the fact that I am disabled and too blind to obtain a driver's license.Today I called and asked to cancel my membership and they told to come in to the gym and I replied that I am disabled and too blind to drive. They then put me on hold and when the girl came back she directed to iclub.net or .com to cancel. The website they sent me to is not affiliated with said WORKOUT ANYTIME and seems to be some sort of catch all cancel service that wants to charge me $50.00 to cancel.NO THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! I DID NOT SIGN A SECOND YEAR CONTRACT! THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO RENEW!I am not able to drive due to disability and the fact that they refuse to cancel over the phone amounts to disability discrimination. I was told there would be no hassle when the time came to cancel and well... That was a blatant lie. I am filing this with the hopes that they will cancel as I did NOT sign a second contract. If the they refuse to cancel I will have no other choice but to file an ADA **********
