Went to a friends apartment to pick something up and got towed. I checked the time stamp and I was literally there for less than 5 minutes. I walked back out to my car and he was back up to slip the trailer underneath my car he hadnt started the hookup process yet. I asked if I could just move it because I was just picking something up and leaving and he said no it was $240 cash or cashiers check. He was rude.

This business is running under the name Swain Collision but the trucks have a different name on them causing confusion.Multiple disconnected numbers online make it hard to find your vehicle. They are aggressive & predatory with towing. They wait in lots and "literally the minute" you go over time or your pass expires they tow your car. They charge $300 cash only for impounded ******* daughter's rental car was towed from her resident lot when the temporary pass expired she had while her annual pass was on her registered vehicle at the body shop an hour and a half away making it impossible to retrieve. Her temporary resident pass expired at midnight and they IMMEDIATELY started hooking up and towed her. She was asleep and came out at 5:00 am to find her car missing and had to call into work. By the time we were able to find a working number and get in touch with an extremely rude and disrespectful man to find out how to get it back she was unable to go to work at all. We communicated we were on our way to get the car and he left the lot. We had to wait for him to come back and he would not open the gate until I paid him cash in the pouring rain. I had to insist on a receipt. Where is that money going? After she pulled out I attempted to ask what kind of equipment they towed with to be sure the car's drivetrain had not been damaged and was then cussed and threatened by some woman in her ratty sweats who came busting out of the trailer they apparently live in there. I had not dealt with her at all and was speaking to the man who had spent a 10 minute phone call screaming at me. I left and proceeded to the sheriff's department, the local police department, and then the town offices to file complaints. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from grown adults who should be more professional. I contacted the apartment complex because the tow company blames them for stalking their residents, and was told they could not get any other tow company to monitor.Possibly because of morals?

Please DO NOT use this place. Firstly, this place is nothing but crooks who will try to get every bit of money from you. Secondly, if you try to disagree with this company, they try to intimidate you to give you whatever they want. Thankfully, my husband used to be an amateur boxer and when I went to confront them, I have never seen so many people s*** their pants. Firstly, the woman that "works" at the front desk is utterly useless. Thankfully this woman "works" in the Western world otherwise she would have been executed for being useless. Secondly, the "men" that "work" in there are even more useless than the woman at the front desk. If you have a complaint, they try to intimidate you by bringing a bunch of "men" to the front office, but unfortunately for those "men", they couldn't fight a wet bag let alone another human. I am only leaving them 1 star because I don't have a choice. If it was up to me, these "men" wouldn't even get 1 star. They are absolutely useless.
