  It is a MLM pyramid scheme that is extremely targeted to people who are in vulnerable positions focused on bleeding their own workers dry I put that in quotes because you are nothing more than another pay pig battery and anyone saying otherwise is either too far in the hole or are apart of the upper heads. Do not do any business with them nor associate with them for your own safety when the inevitable lawsuits hit hard.

  At first glance, Symmetry Financial seems like a promising opportunity, but once youre in, you realize the hidden costs of doing business. New agents are not fully informed about the significant expensesover 50% of earnings can go toward lead costs, kickbacks, and other fees. While it may be a better option than some other ************* companies, its still not an ideal environment for success without substantial personal ************** major issue is leadership, particularly with ***** *. He presents himself as caring and supportive, but behind the scenes, his actions tell a different story. Many agency owners under his leadership have left, and others feel trapped. He has a pattern of pushing agents out for his own financial gain, despite putting on a friendly front. His influence within Symmetry allows him to operate this way without consequences, which raises concerns about the companys true priorities.While some may find success here, its important to go in with full awareness of the financial and leadership dynamics at play. Transparency and ethical leadership are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values.

  I was sexually harassed. They told me to be quiet and only say flattering things about the company and the guilty party involved in the harassment. These people don't care at all about humans. Just their bottom line.

  I have been with Symmetry for several years, and I really like it here. I have experienced nothing but professionalism and gratitude from those I work with. The founders of the company do whats right and we all operate with integrity.

  This organization re-sells their leads and does not do what is in the best interest of the consumer. They also are create new companies under the Symmetry name, so they are hard to recognize. This is an MLM and they mostly focus on mass recruiting and purchasing bad leads.

  Sold for them for about a year. Sold an annuity and now almost 3 years later Im getting calls from the insurance company saying I owe them money because the client withdrew her $. Mo uplink threatened to *** me because they debt was passed onto him. Symmetry financial group is the definition of a pyramid scheme!!! All you do it bust your **** and then line the pockets of the people above you!!!

  This was the best agent I have ever worked with. He was able to find me a much better price than anyone else and more importantly, he took the time to understand my situation and make an informed recommendation rather than just spitting out quotes and trying to sell me on the most expensive plan.   I'm a client and an agent with SFG and like others who have left reviews, am surprised and appalled at some of the negative reviews on here. I know everyone has their own experience, but it's still shocking. Personally, I've received nothing but support, continuous training (I had never been in insurance prior to this job), and the freedom to work where and how hard I want. The pay is good, the team culture is even better, and on the 2 occasions I did have a concern over language used on zoom calls and what I believed to be intolerant behavior...I was listened to, supported, and connected to the founding members to ensure things were resolved properly. I look forward to many more years with this company.
