This company engages in misleading and aggressive marketing. They keep trying to tell me that I've solicited their help with mortgage insurance which I have not at any time. After numerous phone calls to my cell where I asked them to remove me from any list they have because I'm not interested in their product and have never solicited it, they continue to harass me. *************************** is the most recent caller and is rude and aggressive even when I told her she is interrupted me during an emergency and to please again remove me from there call logs. I have never signed up with them nor do I plan to in the future. I want the calls to stop and the harassment to end. They should not be allowed to use an answer phone call asking them to stop calling as affirmative contact for their continued harassment.Business response

I received a postcard in the mail several time advertising mortgage insurance from this company. After 3-4 months of throwing them away weekly sometimes daily, I finally called them and requested to be removed from their mailing list. The gentleman explained that it would take 6-8 weeks to process but apologized for the inconvenience. After 6 months we thought we were in the clear but for the past month Ive received 2 calls and now text messages from this company trying to get me to get mortgage insurance with them. They keep harassing us and not honoring the removing from their contact list. Its getting out of hand.Business response

From the screenshot attachments (1,2,3,4,5), it's easy to follow the timeline of correspondences between ***************************, gmail: ******************** phone number: **********, that ***************** asked for her life insurance policy to be cancelled on November 16, 2022. On November 17, 2022, *************************** agreed to help *****************. *************************** asked ***************** if there's anything he can help her with and her replay was a no just cancel the policy, as indicated in her response on November 17, 2022. Not until February 2, 2023 did *************************** respond stating he will cancel ********************* policy. **** expected her policy to be cancelled on November 17, 2022 but it was not cancelled until March 1, 2023. That means that *************************** and SFG charged ***************** for the three additional months after requesting cancelation of her policy; December 2022, January 2023, and February 2023, even after stating he would cancel the policy in November of 2022. After repeated calls to ***** and assurance from ***** that he would reimburse the previous three months payments; this included sending *************************** the same screenshots that are attached (1,2,3,4,5), he neglected to reimburse ***************** the previous three months (Dec 2022, Jan 2023, Feb 2023) and only reimbursed March of 2023 payment. And as of late, *************************** has blocked all calls and will not return voicemail requests or emails. I have also submitted a complaint to the *** website - twice - and I've not had any response from the corporate office in this regard, as well.Business response

This person name *********************** call my house and couldn't explain why they was coming. This person was more interest in my house phone than telling me why they call. I keep telling them that my husband didn't send out no card. This person was rude with and wouldn't tell me what company they work for enough.Business response

I have received constant calls from this company and/or their marketing agents, each time using an apparent fictitious name until I provided my personal information. These calls violate the **** as my number is registered on the do not call registry. The most recent call was on 5/19/22 from ************ to my number ************ around 3:22 PM central time. I'd like to know from Symmetry Financial Group where they got my information from, and all the companies involved in the marketing to my number.Business response

We have searched our records and confirmed that we have mailed to this consumer in the past, but we have since removed him from our database and will not send him further mailings. I applied for some jobs on Monster.com Symmetry financial is a terrible company and they won't stop blasting my phone number with calls and text message and they won't stop blasting my email address. Non-stop 'recruiting' calls trying to recruit me for their scam.I've told them to stop. I've hit unsubscribe. I've screamed, I've cursed, they just won't stop.Business response

A agent for the company named ***** Rus opened an insurance policy with ***************** without my permission. When I questioned her on why this was created she provided fake emails that I never sent to her or received from her. I never consented to have this policy opened and am currently working on canceling it.Business response

I would like assurances that this agent or company will not make anymore policy's for me or my wife and will leave us alone, we made it very clear to the agent we will handle canceling the accounts and want no further business or communication from her and she still continues to email me and my wife. We never gave her permission to make these accounts and made it clear to her the emails she "received" were not from me and are fake and she still continues to email us. We just want to be done with this company and her and would like to be left alone and never have another account made in our names again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I said in my previous statement I don't want any contact from anyone from your company me and my wife are taking care of canceling these policies, I work 12 hours a day and its's the holidays I don't have time to sit on the phone with someone from your company.
