"Returns are accepted within 30 days on products in new, unused condition for any reason. Buyer pays return shipping in this situation. Refunds will be made, minus original shipping once the product has been received by BGI.
Defective products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please provide photos of the defective product when you contact us. BGI will provide the buyer with a prepaid shipping label for return of the product. Refund, replacement or store credit will be applied when the item is received by BGI.
We will replace insured orders that are damaged in shipping. Please contact us via our contact form about insurance if you are concerned about loss in shipping.
