    I purchased the app back in January tried a couple of times and didnt like. I never used the app and the first of July they charged me *****, four times my original price. I might have let it go but 4 times the amount. The phone number online is not functioning. You cant talk to a person. Plus it looks like they do this a lot.

    I signed up for a one month - 30 day - subscription on June 1, 2025 for $9.49 along with accidently signing up for an additional side subscription for $9.90. On June 27th, several days before my subscription was to renew, I was charged $55.82 and $29.99 for a total of $85.81. These charges resulted in my account being charged $30 for two *** fees. It also resulted in a recurring monthly payment of mine of $33.99 (medicine for my dog) to get a NSF of $15. When I filled out their contact form to request a refund I received an email which refused my refund request and that did not address my issue at all. NSF fees effect your credit worthiness and get reported to Chexsystems which can effect opening up a bank account. As they put the charge through several days before my subscription ended I feel I am justified in asking for the $45 in fees I accrued along with the $84.81 for a total of $130.81.

    June 2 I ordered an exercise program advertised for "free." After answering lots of questions, I was asked to pay $10. It's only $10 so I went for it. I was charged $10.52 and $10.08! I did not receive an emailed receipt, but I did receive message to download an app, which I did. After 1 day of use, I decided it was not for me and stopped logging in. A month later, on June 28 I was charged $59.31 and $31.86. It was then I realized the free exercise program is a subscription. No idea what these charges are for. The order process was unclear, and no where did it state this was a subscription, other than probably the fine print that I "accepted," thinking I was accepting their use of my email for more ads. Subscription was definitely not stated upfront. I contacted the company via email for cancellation and refund, and was told no refunds because I accepted their fine print terms. I am going through my credit card company to dispute. I also filed this with BBB as a possible fraud site.

    I signed up for the app a few months ago, then I wasn't using it as I had planned so I cancelled on April *******. I was then charged on May 27, 2025 $32.39 and then again on 6/23/2025 $32.39. I would like a refund of the $64.78 that I was charged after I cancelled my account.

    I signed up for the 28-day subscription on June 24, 2025, through an ad on ******** and downloaded the app. All seemed fine and the charge was only $13. I then received multiple declined charges notifications through *****. This was the start of one of the biggest headaches Ive experienced in a long time. I went to use my **** Debit card to purchase groceries and to ****** to purchase a birthday gift. Both transactions were declined, which was strange because I had transferred the money into the correct account before purchasing. After I noticed, I called my bank to figure out what was going on. They advised me that my **** Debit Card was restricted due to multiple attempted charges from Lasta from June 24th to June 30th of various amounts such as $11 (twice), $13 (four times), $9 (thrice), and $8 (once). Due to the repeated attempts, my bank security team took the liberty of restricting the card as a security measure to this scam. My bank had to re-issue a new **** Debit Card and I wont receive it for another 7 days - which means I cannot purchase the birthday gift or groceries for a week (I cannot purchase groceries in person as I have a disability in which limits my mobility). Total headache. I am now waiting to see if I can dispute the transaction because my bank has Lasta as a blacklisted company due to the high number of fraudulent charges and scam activity. Way to spend my long weekend in ******.

    They claimed a free downloading use, but after asking many personal questions and then included contact information they only gave pay option. So they lied.Theyre cheating. They now have a great deal of information personal that they can sell to other people and Im really outraged.

    6/29/25 I submitted an order online with Lasta for one item and their website is misleading. It took me to another screen with an offer for an additional item. There was an option to click a button to proceed with the additional option which showed the price and there was also a button that said to continue with my plan. That mislead me to think that I was continuing with what I had originally selected, but it wasn't. It didn't even take me to a billing screen to review, confirm and submit payment, they just charged me additional. I contacted them and they refused a refund. Offered me a free month instead. I disputed through ****** and they sided with them. They tried to say the screen looked a certain way with a screenshot and it did not look that way. They are just trying to scam people out of money. There are multiple complaints towards them so obviously they are a shady company.

    Pasta chair yoga for seniors continues to advertise FREE yoga but then attempts to charge you. How can they continue to do this

    On May 30th I signed up for the free version of the app but was charged twice. The charges were not alot so I figured I would at least use the app for a month and cancel to avoid unwanted charges.Less then a month later (June 26) i was charged ***** and *****. I reached out to the company and cancelled my subscription and requested a refund as my 1 month I have already paid for is not even complete. There is no phone number to speak to anyone about this. When i emailed and filled out their form, I was told that they would not refund me the amount but offered me free complimentary months instead.I should have complained when I was charged for a "free" subscription but thought it would be worth it for my health. Now they are just scamming people out of money and refusing to refund money after they charged my card.
