    I did not subscribe to this, it was supposed to be free for a period of time and I canceled it and removed the app. In addition to their fee of $29.99 they also charged me $55.82 monthly - I have no idea why. I never allow myself to to sign up for stuff this expensive. I thought it was odd that they asked my banking info but after checking for several weeks with no charges I dropped/deleted the app. I missed the initial charges on my credit card in May and June and just caught it now - $85/month split into 2 payments with no explanation- even after I asked is just wrong.Apparently I was naive but that shouldnt mean I lose that much money

    I had looked at their online app on how their business worked. An offer was made to see what service would best match me. I thought I had backed out of the offer when payment was needed to receive my results. I never used or received services. My account was charged in 4 separate occasions. I was able to cancel payments but never refunded and Im out $112.56.I believe this was manipulative and a scam.

    In February I paid $10 to join Lasta. This was a special deal, and my understanding was that it was an opportunity to try the app, and unsubscribe and no longer get charged if I decided to do so. I did. I didnt like the app. I unsubscribed March 17th, and got a confirmation that I was unsubscribed and that my auto renewal was off. To my knowledge, I was unsubscribed with Lasta, so I was no longer going to be charged for their services. On June 9th I got a $59.73 charge on my credit card. I emailed them on June 10th with screen shots of my confined unsubscription message back in March and the charge from ***** asking why I was charged when I had unsubscribed and no longer had access to the services. A few days later I received an automated message saying that they needed more information to process the issue. I had attached screen shots of the charges to my card in the initial email, so I wasnt sure what else to give them. I simply said I needed a refund. A couple weeks go by and then I am charged July 6th, for $59.73 again. This time it was on my debit cardnot my credit card like last time which was really weird because to my knowledge they should have only had access to one of my cards. I reached out with additional screenshots explaining that I was really upset and demanded a refund. I said if I didnt get one I would report them. I received a ticket number in response, and they said they couldnt offer me a refund but could offer me 2 free months of lasta in exchange. I said I didnt want that, I wanted my $120 back and that it was fraud.

    After many attemps to have this company to cancel susciption. They are still charging for services I am asking to have it cancelled. They are just sending other options to continue. I can't use this app for healtthy issues and despite of cancel the service they are charging every 6 months US$74.99 for a service I am asking to cancel and they don't take care of the cancelation or refund. I please request to have my refund and a formal cancelation from Lasta. I don't recommend this APP since they don't listen and are just focus in charging for services that a client is requesting to cancel. Thank you

    Subject: Complaint Against LASTA Fitness App - Unauthorized Renewal and Inability to Cancel Membership I am writing to file a formal complaint against LASTA Fitness App regarding their deceptive business practices related to membership cancellations and unauthorized renewals.I attempted to cancel my membership on 7/7/2025-7/10/2025 through the app before the renewal date of 7/12/2025. However, the app is faulty and does not provide a confirmation button or any clear way to finalize the cancellation process. Furthermore, there is no functional customer support contact within the app to assist with this issue. Despite my attempts to cancel, LASTA Fitness App prematurely renewed my membership and charged me $85.26 without my consent.I believe that LASTA Fitness App is operating a scam by making it impossible for users to cancel their memberships and then charging them for unwanted renewals. I am requesting a full refund of the $85.26 and immediate cancellation of my membership. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter.

    I knew a renewal of this lasta chair yoga was coming up as I had a reminder on my calendar but when I tried to even get logged in to cancel I couldn't. July 5th they charged me for my second month, the first month was free, and it was supposed to be $9.99 and I got a charge for $61.36. Spending quite a bit of time today I finally did get in and cancel my membership but they owe me the $61.36 because they know I couldn't even get logged in as they had sent me a message on June 12th saying that I hadn't used my benefits yet. It seems they have scammed quite a few people when I read through the other items here on the Better Business Bureau about this company. I should have read here first before I even signed up. The charge went through ****** to the account ending in 4150

    I paid $9.49 for Lasta for one month. The entire time, I was not able to log in. I reached out to support for help to no avail. I emailed support and asked them to cancel my subscription. They never canceled my subscription and continued to charge me $55.82 for 3 months straight now because I can't get ahold of anyone from their support team. This is a total scam, a rip off and a shame. I need my money back and they need to offer actual support, not automated emails.

    Company advertising free plan and then proceed to charge money. This is false advertising and its against the law.

    On June 30th my bank account (checking) sent me an alert for $29.99 and $52.99. I always check them when I get them. I found both charges were from ******. Then I noticed 2 others on June 2 for $9+ twice. My alert is for anything over $20 so no alert on those. Checking ******, it says it was for Lasta **** I had to ****** it and found it was a diet and exercise program that I didn't sign up for. I contacted ****** and reported as fraudulent. In the same day, they closed the case and said it was an authorized transaction. What??? NO. I have never heard of said company AND I am disabled and unable to do most exercises due to rods and screws on in my back. I had to download Lasta's app to go in and cancel my subscription , the one I did not set up! I emailed the company and demanded a refund. THEN I started getting texts and emails saying time to exercise, time to drink water. Funny how I had gotten zero from them before I contacted them about refunding the $105 total. I firmly believe that it is a scam and they charged me less that $10 at first to test whether I would notice and then $29.99 and $52.99. I have received nothing from them. Lasta *** saying they cannot refund the $105 since I have an Open ****** dispute.
