    Overcharges on rent Not maintaining lawn per lease agreement Asked me to move out today by June 6th, 2022, because I been addressing issues that were reported per my move in on November 5-8th, 2021! The repairs have not been made and I keep getting messages saying everything been sent to owners. Been receiving very unprofessional emails from company when asking about repairs and maintenance for months. Electrical outlets and doorbell had never worked. I was asked to do a ******* video to fix issue, termites are outside of foundation and coming in home, ants, and more

    Our landlord recently have Chanticleer Properties take over his properties. From day 1, this "firm" has shown themselves to be unprofessional and uncouth. We had an issue with our home that needed to be taken care of. Per our landlord we submitted a ticket in the portal. We reached out and did not receive any response for 2 days. On day 3, I called again, and tried to speak with someone, but she was on a cell phone I guess, and I could barely make out what she was saying, let alone address our issue. After some odd back & forth, I submitted ANOTHER request online, with no response. Day 4, I finally got a response, but this was just to tell me that "someone" would be out "at some point". I contacted my landlord directly, to let him know about this poor service, as historically he would have someone out the same day within hours. By day 5 with no toilet, we hired someone and took care of it ourselves. I let my landlord know that the issue was resolved. We receieved an email in the portal later that day regarding the repair. I advised at that time that we would no longer need their services. We have been late with our rent this month, and after having 2 returned payments (admittedly) they removed our online payment option, referencing a "policy" I asked for a copy of the policy for me to read, and they have not provided me with any documentation of this "policy" which leads me to believe they are lying and are simply changing our options on their whim. I have contacted our family lawyer, as well as the attorney general of ** to gain assistance with this matter. These women are unprofessional and seem to think that they can play games with people's tenants.
