    they *** not ownership; they pushed the responsibility to the warranty. and the warranty does nothing. very expensive house coms with chip utility devises ac hot water system. stay away from "Dream Finders Homes"!! current resident at *********************

    This has been the worst experience that has have had with a builder in my entire time owning homes. *** had ongoing issues from day one with this brand new, costly home, that Dreamfinders continuously fails to address after multiple attempts at resolutions to basic issues-caulking, vibrations, leaks, uneven floors. One would think that a builder would have more pride in work provided. However, instead of taking ownership, they pushed the responsibility to the warranty **** and the warranty does nothing.Their idea of acceptable and within limits has left me with costly repairs. If you have an option for ANY OTHER BUILDER, use them. Buyer beware and be wary of Dreamfinder Homes / H& H Homes or whoever theyll be tomorrow. Quality, responsiveness, ownership, and overall experience and accountability and nonexistent with them. Please go elsewhere. Im still trying to get a resolution for a pipe or noises are almost 2 years of complaining.
