1 starMy home windows are under warranty and I have been following up on one of the window that is to be replaced and I am following for last year and a half for just one glass oval window and they say it either shipped but after that they say they had to talk to the engineering team and now I am Repeatedly sending emails at least every three days and even after like 1520 emails nobody is there to even respond what is happening and I would never refer anybody to go with this companyReview fromJose D

1 starHome was built in 2021 with Ply Gem windows. Desert southwest not much rain. Recent monsoon revealed damaged seal in small window in MBR. Condensation has formed and I have photographed multiple angles and every sticker on window. Forwarded to Cornerstone. Was told usual reply time "Please note that processing warranty claims can take 46 weeks from the date of submission. Once the processing of your claim is complete, you will receive an email notification with the next steps or resolution details." After multiple emails, I received a reference number with more requests for photos. Replied and sent. This all began early August of 2025. It's now early November with no further responses.This "support" and *************** is apalling!

2 starsTwo stars because the submission process was easy. But after that it would be zero stars. Submitted 9/16/2025 and received email that day that they are working on it. Ive gotten zero update even to subsequent email I sent last week asking what is normal response time. Disappointing.

1 starI was sent payment for an invoice to cover shipping costs for 6 Replacement glass panes on 10/9/25. Received an email on 10/10/25 reminding me to make payment. Emailed collections as well as their company representative on 10/11/25 asking if they received my payment. No response. Have tried calling since Monday, 10/13/25, no one will pick up the phone or return a call. Company directory doesnt even list my representative. So aggravating. I dont want to make another payment and risk being charged twice. What is up with this company? Can anyone help??

1 starI have stones installed on the facade of my townhouse. Cornerstone of **********, ** installed them. Two stones have already fallen, one of which damaged my car. Luckily, no one was hurt.

1 starI have plygem windows from cornerstone building. 4 windows need replacing under warranty. Cant get anybody yo help me. I have called two times a day for a week and nobody will do anything. Im being told it will be 6 weeks before i will be contacted for my warranty

1 starQuality has been hit and miss. One set of sliding doors is fine. The other set, same model, has been one failure after another. Getting customer support takes lots of time and perseverance. They are not great at answering the phone or following up. I now have a handle on the side that controls the locking mechanism. The base plate has cracked and bent after 7 years of use. Trying to get a replacement. As of yet have not even been successful at contacting customer support. Same experience as the last time. *****.

1 starOur experience with EAS Architectural Systems is stretching it to be 1 star. We have their hurricane windows & a large picture window and have had nothing but problems with defective ****************************** staff. Our most recent issues started a few months ago. They sent out "their *** ****" to inspect the windows in question and eventually sent him back out with installers to replace the numerous window defects, including replacing our picture window, but didn't complete the job that day leaving us with several defective windows. They eventually sent out 2 men to install a new picture window, at first telling us they needed to send someone who was licensed and bonded, which turned out to be false. They worked on the picture window for 4 hours using a **** ****** and other tools of destruction and it is still an incomplete job, plus the new glass that is installed is wavy so once again we have received a defective picture window from EAS. When I inquired about them replacing the interior window trim that was destroyed when they were working on the picture window I was told *** doesn't do that. What?? In addition, *** still has not replaced the remaining defective windows and they are avoiding phone ***************

1 starI purchased triple pane windows to improve energy efficiency and considered the federal tax credit when making my purchase. After the installation I requested the qualified manufacture code which is a new requirement to claim the credit beginning with tax year 2025. They said that the *** chooses who is a qualified manufacture, which is a false statement. They need to simply register and will be issued a code. Despite providing them this information, it appears they have no interest in completing the process that would allow their customers to claim the credit, which would apply to nearly all of their products.Review fromMolly K

1 starI had Mitten siding installed on my house, and unfortunately encountered a serious issue: the siding warped due to direct glare from my neighbors windows reflecting sunlight, creating localized hotspots. When I reached out to Mitten, they stated their siding cannot tolerate sustained temperatures above 160F, and that such conditions were excluded from warranty coverage.Thats surprisingly low. While exact thresholds arent always disclosed publicly, vinyl siding typically expands and warps under intense heat or reflected sunlightand it's common industry guidance to avoid such exposure to prevent distortionbut it's unusual for a manufacturer to draw a line at just 160F, which seems lower than what most durable siding products claim to withstand reliably ******************** ********************* +10 ************************* +10 ************* +10 .When I contacted my contractor about mitigation options, he generously offered to buy new siding himself, because Mitten refused to cover it. Then I asked Mitten if they'd at least assist with the cost of installing glare-reducing screens or applying film to the neighbors windowsbut they just pointed me back to the warranty policy and declined any help or reimbursement for these solutions.Its deeply disappointing. Siding is meant to be a long-term investment that stands up to the elements and occasional indirect heat sourcesit shouldnt fail under circumstances that fall reasonably outside normal use. Mittens unwillingness to support or help find a practical fix felt dismissive, and their rigid threshold policy seems inadequate compared to industry norms.
