On October 22, 2023, I saw an post on ******** Marketplace for a 2014 ***** CRV being sold by *******************. The post stated that the car had ****** miles, a clean title, and a selling price of $10,999. I messaged ***, asking if the car indeed had ****** miles, and he confirmed. So, we arranged to meet at 3:15 pm at Global Motor Auto Sales.Upon my arrival, he began to tell me a story about how he had obtained the car at a low price because the previous owner couldn't make their payments. He explained that he just wanted a quick sale for fast cash turnaround. He assured me that the car had no issues, a clean title, no accidents, low mileage, and even showed me an inspection report from August 2023. We did a brief test drive in the parking lot. I Zelled him a $500 deposit, agreeing to return the next day to sign the contract. On October 23, 2023, at 5:30 pm, we met again at Global Motors Auto Sales.I gave him $10,500 cash. He started talking about how popular the car was. During our conversation, he showed me the car's title, which indicated a mileage of ****** as of 2022, and he highlighted it. It seemed reasonable to think that the car had accumulated an additional ****** miles in one year. He then pointed to the signature line and had me quickly sign all the paperwork. It wasn't until I contacted the insurance company to insure the car that I discovered the actual mileage of the car. On the contract, he had written down ******* miles, not ******, and he had not disclosed this information. In fact, he hadn't explained any of the terms on the contract to me. The only document he showed me was the previous title, which showed ****** miles in 2022. He had also disabled the feature that displays the car's mileage when we test drove it, a feature that's different from other cars.I immediately messaged him and called his business, but received no response. When I visited the store, it was closed. I could not get in touch with *** or the business ever since.

10/13/23 - I saw a car on Facebook marketplace. I have contacted the seller and he provided the address. I got there and realized that’s a small dealership who doesn’t have no more than 10 cars. The sales person ( Moe Hassan) and the owner ( Fadi Hassan) are very dishonest people. They sell the worst cars and they are ripping people off their hard earned money. 10/14/23 - They sold me a car, as soon as we are done with the transaction and heading home the check engine light was on. The following day my driveway was covered up with oil coming out on the car. At this time, I am dealing with 3 types of oil leaks (Crankshaft rear main seal leak that costs about $1800, a transmission leak that costs more than $1000 and a water leak/radiator that needs to be changed for $700. There are so many other issues in the car that I can’t list. Moe Hassan and Fadi Hassan knew about all the issues on this car but decided to keep quiet and not disclose them. These are the worst and most wicked people who try to get people’ money easily by hiding behind the theory “sold as is” On the top of that, they stole my $200 in their office when we’re doing the transaction.
