  They take advantage of veterans and dont really provide with a service and charge you an arm and leg. Never talked to the same person twice. They deserve zero stars

Not only did our team succeed in achieving your Rating increase, we accomplished this arduous task in under 6 months. It is true that many of our staff members participated in your success, as we have experts dedicated to each phase of the process. You benefited from hands on help with generating a claims strategy, documentation, an independent medical opinion, and even C&P prep. Our team met every obligation -our dedication, man hours and efforts to achieve your favorable outcome merit fair compensation. We would never want to cause a financial burden on any client, which is why we offer flexible payment plans to ensure your consulting fee does not need to be paid out of pocket. As fellow vets we genuinely care about providing a service that is both effective and empathetic.   Very satisfied with their service. They helped get me a 50% increase in 3-4 months. All staff was very polite and helpful and made the process not nearly as stressful when doing it on my own. Thank you for your assistance.

  DO NOT use this company! They charge outrageous fees and will try to charge you for work they did not do! The only thing they do is connect you with a doctor who is willing to write the letter you need. You can find doctors that will do it through other companies who charge flat fees, or with a lot of your own leg work. I gave them 2 stars because, at the end of the day, I knew the fee was going to be a lot, I was just in a hurry to get it done.

  I'm 57 YO and dealt with many people and companies over the years. I found Veterans Guardian to be exceptional in quality of service and customer relations. Throughout the handling of my claim, they provided complete, accurate, timely, and responsive communications. The VA initially denied my claim, but Veterans Guardian moved me through their Appeals Unit and the VA then granted my claim. Veterans Guardian did everything they said they would and they always accurately forecasted the amount of time needed for the next step, in my case. They changed my life for the better!
