  They took the burden away from me with the hassle of the VA and all the paperwork they make you have to go through and then their first try veterans guardian check me from 50% to 100% and they stand behind what they say

  I can’t believe the ratings are so high here. The beginning was good because they did all the paperwork, but through it all, I was transferred to a different representative three times. I was given a rating for one of my issues at 0% and wasn’t approved for my other. I sent in the decision letter on their app that doesn’t work apparently and a month later was contacted by a new person asking if I was still interested in their services and that I needed to send in my decision letter that they say they didn’t have. I said I wanted to continue to fight so they assigned me the next level and I sent him all my paperwork. Almost A month later and I hear nothing. Then I get some emails asking if I’m still interested in their services. Oh boy. I said forget it, I’ll hire someone else. Not impressed

  I'm very satisfied with Veterans Guardian. I'm amazed at the duration of time a claim is completed. It's phenomenal. The team/staff makes one feel so comfortable though it was hard reliving some of those moments when questions were asked. The staff is intelligent and very aware of what their job entails.

  I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with the consulting firm. I have been fighting the VA for almost 40 years trying to receive a fair compensation for my years of service.
