They where very professional and thorough. ****** took time out his very busy schedule to meet with me personally at their home office. The staff was very friendly and took time to explain everything about their company. Because of this company my VA rating doubled. I am greatly appreciative. 5 starsWithout question, their customer services, continuous attention to detail, follow ups, and use of technology to facilitate the process is what helped me obtain my benefits in a quick and timely manner. They made it possible so that all I was waiting on was VA and not waiting on process errors or not filling out forms correctly, etc. If it was only the crossing the "T's" and dotting the "I's" they would excel. However, the staff were friendly, responsive, and kept me in the loop as to where I was in the process, what was next, and what to expect. 5 starsNothing was left out they did everything for me. They knew what channels to cross and they knew what to ask or what needed to be answered. And in no way did they try to steer me in any direction I totally recommend this company to any veteran who might be going through some hard times.

I'm still processing it and feel a sense of relief and gratitude for the huge difference this will make for myself and my family! 5 starsI worked with them to secure an increase in my disability rating. They basically did all the footwork and I was able to get an increase that allows me to get my retirement and the VA benefit concurrently.
