    I received a bill for a service I did not authorize through the email, I tried to contact them, no response, tried to leave a message, it said the mailbox was full. The bill is attached.

    I have been trying to cancel my services for Killingsworth and I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone in order to cancel. i am requesting a refund of services paid since November 2022.

    We contacted Killingsworth to assist in removing a rather large wasps nest in the eave on the side of our house. After providing pictures and discussing the request and where the nest was, they stated they could take care of it. The technician arrived on the scheduled day and stated he would spray the nest, and to wait at least 10 days to call if activity resumed at the nest to get a follow-up treatment on it. The attached report states that as well. Activity did resume at what was left of the nest beyond 10 days. I emailed Killingsworth to request an additional treatment due to the resumed activity. I did not get a response. I continued to email Killingsworth, to both their contact email on their website and to the rep I spoke with informing them of the activity. Again, I did not get a response. As time went on, I emailed again with the same request. Again I did not get a response at all. I called as well recently, only got their voicemail, and stated this was unacceptable, and requested either they come remove the nest, which activity still persists, or provide a refund. I have yet to receive any kind of response from Killingsworth at all.At this time I am requesting a full refund of the $200.00 for the service. It did not take care of the nest, and has remained intact with wasp activity. I do not want them to return to my house.
