We bought a 2009 **** escape from ***** auto sales in ********* and they finance there cars thru Wilco finance in ********** ** we signed paperwork at ***** auto sales which I still have the paperwork to prove it well with in a month of getting the escape the transmission went out which they fixed thank god. Then we got behind one payment and get into a accident the first Friday in September of 2024 at around 9:30 9:45 pm in hickory nc which totaled our escape well I called Wilco the next morning to let them know about the wreck and even tho we signed paperwork for gap and took out gap they charged us ****** for the coverage and they told us thanks but no thanks about putting us in another vehicle even tho we had gap coverage please bbb shut this **** company down

***, is to cover any amount that the insurance company fails to pay, so that the customer does not get left with a totaled car and a large bill. It does not have anything to do with purchasing another vehicle.

What a c*** they sell you. Now i have been out of work for 2 months just started to get a check. They worked with me on that told them i would call in and make my payments oh no they just took the money out of my account. Automatically with no authorization. I havn't gotten my check yet so what little bit of money that was there is gone and now it's in arrears.

I purchased a vehicle with wilco Finance and had problems from the beginning. Decided that I needed something bigger. So I called a cardealership to get the value of the car. They told me I was paying way to much and sent me a carfax of the car. It was on $1545 dollars. I've been paying $580 a month for the past year. When I called them they told me I still had $13,000 to pay on it. How is it they can get away with over charging like this?? ??

I wish I could give then a 0. But I traded in my vehicle which I had gotten from them prior for a 2009 ***** s80. Not even two weeks of having the vehicle it had an oil leak they fixed that. Then twi weeks late4 it needed a transmission. Then my car became hard to turn they didn't even address that. Then my radiator hose started leaking had to have it towed. Now my driver wi down is stuck open its a warning light about the air Bags. I don't want this vehicle it has been down more than I have driven it and my car payment is current but the just want to keep patching this car. I'm ob the verge of losing my job over this vehicle because everywhere they want me to take it isn't even In the city I live in nor do they have weekend hours. Dealing with this b.s. is also about to cost me my job because I have to keep taking off to address issues I shouldn't even be having. I understand it's a used car but did they even check this vehicle be for thy sold it I don't think so. I instructed them to come pick thr vehicle up it's not worth me losing my job.
