  Josh was good to work with. The work was done as discussed and described and very good price. This was inside. Also cleaned up the area good after the work was complete.

  This company expediently managed a mold issue in an old house. They stood behind the promise to complete the job within a month and went above and beyond by moving storage issues to complete the job without additional expense. The owner/ primary contact was responsive each time we needed. I recommend use of this company as issues arise.

  I signed a contract with Mr. Sandlin on Feb 1, 2023 with the verbal agreement he would start in two weeks following the completion of another project. I didn't hear from Mr. Sandlin and contacted him on February 28th in which he told me we were still next on the list but his current job has had complications and he would be starting by April 1, 2023 on our project. He also included personal information about how he was being kicked out of his house and had a week to find a new house which would delay his work. April 1 rolled around and we heard nothing, not an update, not a peep. My husband attempted to contact him on April 8th and he reported he never got the phone call or voicemail and "sometimes phones malfunction". On April 12th I reached back out to him via email and left some bad reviews on his business and he magically contacted me; claiming he would be able to start my job Saturday the 15th and be finished within 5 days. Initially the story was that our job was next and he had been delayed on a single project for the last ten weeks however now the story has changed that he has done nine projects in the last 10 weeks. He is refusing to give us our money back, claiming he never gave us a start date and I also found out he has previous criminal charges involving assault which of course make me weary to have him in my home with my family regardless. He reports he has has done all kinds of jobs over the past four years and has never had a bad review but with only five/six reviews total I wonder how many people just haven't gone the extra mile to report his bad behavior.

  The customer was told at the time of signing contract that I can't give and exact time frame of the job due to the type of work we do ( We do tons of mold work and when we do some jobs we end up finding more problems when we do the clean out process  portion causing the job to last longer then expected. ) then of course there the weather. The customer also signed the contract knowing there's a non refundable deposit clause and gave me a deposit of half down at the time.The customer and the customers husband contacted me by phone a month after signing the contract an I answered them both and told them that I would get to them as soon as possible that we where behind do to some prolonged jobs and a personal matter of having to move my family and the business to another location due to no fault of my own. The landlords of my current property was going through a divorce and had to sell the property of my home and current business location. This is a small family business so when something happens like that we have to do what needed for or family. The customers at that time was completely fine and understanding of the situation an told me it was ok to do it when I could. The husband had supposedly called me 3 weeks later and left a message which I had not received, as we all know calls don't always go through when you're in bad areas or locations. Instead of trying me again later that day or the next or other forms of communication they wait almost a week when I get and email stating that I had not returned her husbands call that she wants to cancel and wants her money back. I explained to her I had received no call that if I would have I would have gladly returned it as I have before. She refused to believe me and wanted her money back. I explained to her that there's no refunds of deposits. I gave her start and finish date at that time which was only a few days away and she refused to let me do the job saying I'm a liar and theft. I told her I have no criminal record, I've never been convicted of a crime in my life.I've had this business for almost four years without this problem people understand I'm a small company and things happen out of anyones control. I done hundreds of jobs that customers had to wait on but when I was done they were completely satisfied and enjoyed us doin the job. I have hundreds of references. She then does a background check on me wanting to find a way out of the contract, she sees that I've had charges from years ago. Then it all changes now its all about some charges I've was never convicted of and have nothing to do with my business as to why she doesn't want me to to the job. I tried to have just my guys do the job so there wouldn't be a problem and she still want let us do the job. No matter what I say she thinks I'm just a liar and theft which I'm not I've don't everything I can to try to fix the situation. I don't think she understands that if you've not been convicted of the crime you're not guilty and that that has nothin to do with my business has nothin to do with any of my customers. if this was a problem for her she should have done all these checks before signing the contract and handing me the deposit.

  Had this company put in a French drain in my garage, garage channel drain and extend downspouts to help stop my house from flooding. Solid company, and quality of works looks great. They were flexible with my work schedule.
