1 starI had a very disappointing experience with the customer service agent I spoke with. From the beginning of the interaction, the agent was rude and dismissive. Every time I tried to explain my issue, they kept interrupting me and speaking over me, which made it incredibly difficult to communicate or feel heard. They seemed impatient and kept yelling at me.Adam & Eve

1 star...ordered something on April 29th, 2025 - email said "item will be delivered between 5-6-2025 and 5-9-2025" never received anything - when I tried to contact them on May 21st and 22nd...got a "Message not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured".Adam & Eve

Unfortunately, we were not able to process the customers order as we could not get payment for the order.
The order was canceled and the customer will need to replace the order using correct information. A cancellation email was sent to the customer.
As the order did not ship, the customer was not charged. The customer may have seen a pending authorization in the amount of the order that usually falls off in 3-5 business days, the customer may need to contact their bank for their policy on pending authorizations.Review fromTyler E

1 starI ordered items on 2-20-25 and paid for 1 day shipping with a delivery date of 2-21-25. The item wasn't even shipped until 2-22-25. I tried contacting for some type of adjustments for this delay. I under stand that there is some sever weather delay with the shipping company. However this company was 2 days late on processing this shipment. The chat customer service just stated there is nothing they will do correct the situation.I belive this falls into false advertisement and false shipping and receiving times. Simply wanted a refund on the priority shipping or some type of discount.Buyer beware.Adam & Eve

We apologize the customer did not receive their order. **** tracking shows it was delivered to their mailbox on 10/04/24 at 1:22 PM. Instead of contacting us about not receiving the order, the customer disputed the charge with Amazon Pay. Once the charge has been disputed, the customer is refunded their money by Amazon. If Amazon sided with us, the customer can contact us back and verify the address that the order needs to be shipped to and we will be more than happy to reship the items to the customer.Review fromRandy H

5 stars*** ordered from this store numerous times. The few times Ive had issues with something Ive emailed customer service, and although I never heard back from them I did receive a replacement in the mail! So while they may need better follow-up communications I can tell you they make good on issues promptly!Adam & Eve

2 starsContacted Www.adam&******* got terrible customer service dude name ****. So I went into one of their ************** stores said **** and even on the outside also on receipts oh and also when I signed up for their promos and so on so forth well me and my husband got a item we went grabbed the box that is came home opened was wrong item in box its 25. Bucks my car take 60 **** to get our and back he said we have nothing to do with the stores that use our company name receipts says ********** oh and so does most of the toys he refused to help just said I have to drive 3 hours to get corrected. Just so you know **** the store is 100% a retail store. You 100% can assist in fixing my issue. Now if it was a franchise store or a premium retailer then I get it how ever since you cant help I was in a store pe tending to be **** and Eve and that fraud When some one wants to resolve this love adults emails me Or figure a way to get in contactAdam & Eve

We apologize the customer had an issue with one of our agents. I have forwarded the customer's concern to the agents direct Supervisor for coaching, training and any disciplinary actions that may be warranted. The retail stores are privately owned franchises that have their own policies and promotions. The website can only replace defective Adam & Eve branded items purchased from the retail stores. Those items have to be returned to Dept R PO Box 8200 Hillsborough, NC 27278. You would need to include a note with name, email address, phone number and address to send the replacement to. Any other product issues dealing with the retail stores would have to be returned to the retail store it was purchased from.Review fromWilliam R

1 starterrible customer service! I ordered a product from this company and I have ordered from them before but I received it and wasn't happy or satisfied with it. It was not described as advertised and it says "satisfaction" guarantee or return the product I started the return process and got a return form and then I found out they wanted me to pay for the expenses to ship it back! and it would probably cost more than I paid for it! I called this company about this and they told me it was their policy! I have never had to pay to ship a product back and the agent I spoke to was rude, I then informed her that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and she was still rude so I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I shouldn't have to pay the shipping costs to send back a product and I have never had to do that, I don't recommend this merchant to anyone!Adam & Eve

We do allow customers to return items for a refund within 90 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the items, however the customer is responsible for return shipping. 1 starTERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I placed an order, and with the amount I spent, I got a free item. When I got my package, the item I PAID for was nowhere to be found, just the free item. I used the chat service on the website to try and resolve the problem. The agent I talked to was very rude, and after much back and forth told me they would give a refund.I then asked if/when I would receive an email confirming my refund, and the agent said it could take up to 5 business days?? (And, it sure did.)Towards the end of the conversation, (mind you I had another issue I needed to talk to them about, so our conversation was not done), the agent sent a message, and then the chat abruptly ended and erased the entire conversation. I wasn't able to screenshot anything, which I was wanting to do just so I had proof on my end of the conversation. At this point I was furious. So the next day, (today), I decided to hop on the customer service chat again and figure out if my refund went through since the other agent erased the whole conversation before I had a chance to screenshot, and the agent confirmed my refund, and once again, before I could even read the next message or respond, abruptly ended the chat and erased the entire conversation.THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE ASBOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ORDERING FROM A BUSINESS. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Hard to believe they've been in business as long as they have, scammers!!!!Not to mention, I have "unsubscribed" myself from their incessant emails THREE times now, and I still continue to receive 5-10 emails from them a day! Each one having a different "deal", "discount" or coupon code. Every single email has a different one. Just a little odd to me.Adam & Eve

1 starAfter manually typing in my mailing address, I cashed out using Apple Pay and they took the mailing address off of my Apple Pay and changed what I manually typed in and processed the order. I called to have them change it back to my billing address in the woman stated once the orders place they cannot change it, its not due to ship out for three days when I said, I dont understand how you guys cant stop the order or change my mailing address it hasnt shipped yet her response was would you like me to give you to a supervisor who will tell you the same thing , when I said I would like to speak to the supervisor she hung up never gave me her name so now I have an order thats Going to be delivered to a different state that doesnt require a signature so Im SOL. They wont refund my money. They wont send me the product to the correct address and their customer service is absolutely atrocious..Adam & Eve

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, Apple Pay requires us to use the information they have on file for the customer to ship the package to. Normally, we would not have been able to stop the package however this package was caught by our warehouse and the customer has been refunded in full for the order. The customer will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear with Apple Pay. I have forwarded the interactions to the agent's direct Supervisor for coaching, training and any disciplinary action that *** be warranted.
