    I think they have gone out of business. No phone answering, no email response. Took my money for 10 frames in August, never received. Next step, attorney general.

    Made my online purchase on 9/25/22 and as of today, have not had any info regarding shipping. Sent emails to customer service twice and all I get is a generic auto reply. I will be surprised if this company delivers in the product that I paid for.

    There is no way to get in touch with them. Their customer care phone line has been shut down, and I've been sitting on live chat support for 2 days waiting to see if I can get anyone to answer a question I have about my order. I sent an email a week ago, and didn't hear anything back.

    Don't place an order with them, something is really wrong with their business right now.

    This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I spent HOURS emailing, calling, and sitting on live chat. They kept saying they were going to send out my order. Then no order would come.... then the same thing. Now they've shut down their phone lines. This business is either a scam or the executive team laid off all their employees. BTW it's too bad that you can't leave a zero star.

    Customer service is absolutely terrible, and you cannot even get a live person. Have been trying for 5 business days, on-line and on phone, to no avail. Have used this business for over 25 years and I will never use them again.
