    Impossible to reach for **** supplies. No use making an appointment with the respiratory therapist. When you arrive at your appointment time, they tell you, your appointment was an hour earlier. However, I had the texts and the email from them saying that I am correct and they are not. Just try to make a new appointment, you will be waiting another week and a half. I called their nationwide complaint line, they dont even have anyone there to answer the phone. You have to leave it all in a message. They treat you poorly. I do not recommend anyone visit this business for their supplies and oxygen service. Finally, ******* should not be a manager. She doesnt have the people skills it takes. She actually told me Im welcome to find another provider.

    How do we say TERRIBLE customer service. They don't care if you run out of **. And when you go to the office they are to busy chatting with each other to assist you with getting the **. They have no idea how much equipment they deliver so when they come to pick up the equipment they don't know what to get. Very sad that they are taking care of patients this way. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had to give them one star to file the complaint, but they shouldn't have any stars because they are a horrible company. Good luck if you need oxygen from them
