    On September 25th, 2023 I placed an order with Cabinet door world. On October 17th, I got a confirmation from ************************* in customer service that my order is still on track and will be shipping out to you within the next 2-3 weeks!I have been unable to communicate with the company since either by email, chat or phone and their website is non functional. The lead time of 4-5 weeks has long passed and I expect that I will not receive the shipment. I will attempt to cancel the payment.

    I ordered cabinet doors and drawer fronts from Cabinet Door World on 8/8/23. The amount of $1294.69 was debited from my checking account on 8/9/23. I was told 6-8 weeks when I ordered. After 8 weeks, I left them a voicemail asking for an update on my order. I never received a return phone call. I emailed them, and the email was unable to send. I then messaged them through their website, and I received a reply stating that my order would be completed in **** days (this was on 10/13/23). I still have not received my order, so I went to their website, and their website is down. It does allow you to send a message through a contact form, which I did on 11/12/23. I have not received a response to that message, and I would like a refund of my money that I paid, since it appears that I will not ever be receiving the product that I paid for.

    I placed an order with Cabinet door world in April 2023 and still have not received them. I have sent an email and they said they were going to ship out with in 14 days. I still have not received them. They answer no email or phone calls now.

    08-09-2023 and 0****-2023. Orders were placed for cabinet doors with hinges and we were quoted late Sep. Early Oct I was told both orders would be done in the next **** days. That was the last email communication from them.The **** order was marked shipped via **** despite my paying for ***** ground. Though I was given 2 tracking numbers for that smaller order, they product was never tendered to the postal service and those tracking numbers have since expired with nothing being shipped. The larger order never was marked complete last time I was able to check. As of now, their website has switched to .check back soon. The website has never had contact info but the number found here works. It only goes to voicemail with no response to messages and no email communication is being responded to as well.

    Ordered maple grade cabinet doors on July 23,2023, paid by phone on July 24,2023 was told 8-9 weeks for delivery. I paid $419.47. I have attempted to contact several times via email and phone. At one point the order said to be in production according to my online account but I never have been able to talk to anyone. Now the website does not load anything but a title page with please check back soon I believe the company has went out of business and I will never receive my doors.

    Ordered sept 5 2023 Expected lead time 4-6 weeks, up to 8,On 9 now, no responses to multiple messages and they dont answer the phone. This is over ****** of order and I havent gotten ANY response or info. If they cannot fulfill the order I need a refund regardless of their policies.

    I ordered cabinet doors from this company in May 2023. I was told I would have them in 6-8 weeks.I have called and emailed. I was told by email numerous times they would be shipped out in 5-7 days. However they have stopped answering my emails and they do not return phone calls.

    My husband submitted a small order online (about 200 dollars) for a few cabinet doors back on December 7, 2022. He received an email that they were in production and complete but never showed up. I called and emailed several times between April and now to get an update. At one point this summer I was able to get an update on the chat function that the order was cancelled by them but they would resubmit and finish the order. They refused to give a refund which is fine if they fulfilled the order. No one is responding to our voicemails or emails. It is still saying in production. It is getting close to a year which is unacceptable. It is order number 192.
