    I bought 3 cabinet doors in May 2023 and paid around $147.00 for them. I contacted the company on July and later in August and both occasions were met with them saying that my cabinet doors would be sent soon. I have yet to receive them and it is now ****.

    On June 18th 2023 I placed an order with Cabinet World Door. I have ordered several times previous with no issues (product received in time). On Aug 31 I was informed that my order was about to ship and provided a **** tracking number. A few weeks went by and I noticed that the order did not ship. I emailed them in late September and was told that the order would go out in "The next few days" Two weeks later I questions them again. By this time I realized that something was seriously wrong with this company. Final in October I told them that if they did ship that day I would contact my CC company and file a complaint/ refund. Of course they did not answer this last email. I see now the company website has been taken down so I assume they went out of business.

    Placed order for cabinet doors July 2023. Every time I checked order status it said " in production" checked today and website is gone. Never been a phone number to reach a person.

    I ordered custom cabinet doors in August 2023. On August 9th, 2023 the amount of $733.56 was withdrawn from my checking account, but to date I have not received my order . I have called several times and left voicemails , but no calls have been returned.*********************

    Cabinet doors were ordered from Cabinet Door World on 1/15/2023; order number 446. Payment was made with the order submission as required by the company from my checking account. Payment debited on 1/17/2023. According to their website, telephone conversations and email (all email archived by me) the doors should have been completed and delivered in 6-8 weeks. As of today, 12/13/2023 the doors have not been delivered. The company uses a litany of excuses to explain the delay; paint unavailable, damaged wood received delaying production, production issues, etc. The business has done nothing to resolve my issue. Cabinet Door World at first answered their phone offering meaningless responses. They also initially responded to emails requesting updates. The company no longer responds. It has become apparent the cabinet doors will never be delivered. I would like to recover my payment.

    ordered 2 shacker doors on 6/22/23 called a couple of times and was told that they had some bad lumber since then my phone ,email, and on line account have been block. The order # **** Please help

    Ordered 19 Doors and drawer fronts to be manufactured to custom size and stain matched. The staff on the phone during several calls was responsive and helpful. To receive a 30% discount, the order could be paid in full in advance...so I did. Silly me. Order placed May 12, 2023, with money paid in full by May 15th, 2023. On the website, the order, #***, was listed as "In Production". Nothing ever happened. No updates, no communication, all calls or emails to them for order status required messages to be left and were never responded to. Requests for a proposed delivery date were not answered. Finally, a request for refund in October was also ignored. I am out $1143.77 dollars with no information, contact, or future options.

I was charged the amount to my credit card and have been trying to get a refund on this purchase I have called this company at the ************** number and it goes to voicemail every time. I have left messages each time I have called and no one has ever returned my call.

    We ordered cabinet doors on June 18, 2023. We were charged $929.02. This amount was paid in full to Cabinet Door World over the phone when they call to verify the details of the order. They sent one message after we reached out on August 23rd saying they would ship our order in ***** days. We have never been able to get a response again nor have we gotten our order. When we go to the website now the Cabinet Door World Logo comes up and a message to check back soon is shown under the Logo. Our order number is ****.

    Ordered drawers in Feb 2023 never received after they took my money. Emailed multiple times to no avail. Now Im out over $200.
