"DO NOT APPLY THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM , THE APPLICATION FEE IS ALREADY $80 AND THEY MADE MY AUNT PAY ANOTHER FOR A GURANTOR APPLICATION WHEN SHE ALREADY FILLED ONE OUT ITS A COMPLETE SCAM NOW WE SEE WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY PROPERTIES AVAILABLE THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT APPROVING YOU FOR INVALID REASONS. THEY SAID THEY COULDNT MAKE A DECISION FOR MY AUNT BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH RENTAL HISTORY SO THEY SAID SHE COULD USE A GURANTOR FOR HER LACK OF RENTAL HISTORY SHE CALLED TO CONFIRM IF THEY WOULD ONLY USE THE GURANTOR AS HELP FOR RENTAL HISTORY AND THEY SAID YES DUE TO HER MEETNG ALL THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT WAS A LIE!" ...
