1 starDO NOT use, they bait you in getting a subscription with saying a free trial you have to pay $1.00 to get the template downloaded and without you even knowing it they say you signed up for a subscription and then charge you and then they wont give you your $48.95 back because they say it's past free trial time.

5 starsI had a very positive interaction with Legal Templates recently. I had once visited their website to look for sample landlord-tenant lease agreements and looked through a few samples and related provisions on their website. However, due to some malware attack on my laptop, my email address, payment cards that I normally use for online purchases, as well as the history of my search were all compromised. A couple of weeks later, I noticed a charge on my account that was from **********************. I contacted my bank and notified them of the unauthorized charge and the bank promptly started an investigation. I then contacted customer service at ********************** via live chat and shared my concern with an agent (*** *.) She verified that someone had started a free trial and a subsequent recurring charge on my card for subscription to their website. I explained the situation to her, and upon reviewing my request and confirming with her team, she honored my request for the reimbursement of the unauthorized charge and the fund was returned to my account within 1 day. They are a very professional and thorough team. The customer service representative (*** *.) carefully read the description of events and asked follow up questions narrowly tailored to my specific issue and resolved the matter instantly. She even sent me follow up emails to ensure the resolution was to my satisfaction. I very much recommend using their legal services/templates because not only their documents seem thorough and consistent with the specific area of law that you need help with, but also in case like mine where an unauthorized subscription had taken place, they took their time to make sure the fund is returned and the mistake is resolved.Thank you for resolving the matter professionally and promptly.Legal Templates, LLC

1 starMisleading pricing structure. Signed up for trial and thought I was getting auto-renewal at 9.99/month, but they charged me $49.95 after my trial. I canceled immediately, and they would not refund the charges. Make sure you have your lawyer review before signing up for this service.Legal Templates, LLC

1 starDo NOT sign up for this service, not even for the "free trial." The terms and conditions are NOT clear.I signed up for the free trial to look for a document which was not correct. I had cancelled the membership but my bank showed the charge of nearly $48.95 + $1.I reached out to customer service, and they said, "My apologies. Unfortunately, at this moment, our system does not allow us to process a refund for accounts that are canceled after the seven-day trial. But we can promise you that you won't be charged again because the account has been canceled, and we sent you a confirmation email."I would give them a 0 star if possible. 1 starThis company is a scam. They let you use their website, and when you try to cancel, there is no easy way to do this. I had to speak to a person for 20 minutes, via chat (their phone number is always unavailable), in order for them to tell me that they will charge your card for the entire year, and no opportunity for a refund. 1 starI let the trial run and continued for a few months, then decided to cancel before the next billing cycle. The company confirmed my cancellation, but I was still charged for another month afterward. It seems like they rely on people forgetting about subscriptions, and their customer service does little to fix the issue or make it right. ** recommend staying away from this company entirely.Review fromKatie A

1 star*************, do not use, continually charges you $50 with no email or receipt in hopes you will not realize, yet has no problem emailing you for anything else. When threatening to leave a bad review they all of a sudden can partially refund you which was impossible 30 seconds prior. Not a good product either - do not use this company and do not sign up for the free trial. 1 starDo not trust this company, I signed up for the free trial and created several documents. Ran them by my lawyers here in ** and all of them needed to be redone to meet FL requirements. They have NO contact number and I had to resort to chat to dispute charges to my card after the free trial period despite have contacted them to cancel it within the seven day trial. Suddenly no record of the cancellation could be found. Total scam!Legal Templates, LLC
