    Frustrating Purchase Error and ************************** I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and the subsequent interaction I had with your customer service department.I recently purchased two business income tax returns for $129.88 in error, when I actually needed the much less expensive individual income tax returns. Individual returns are priced significantly lower, around the $30 range each, so this was an honest and costly mistake on my part.I immediately called Drake Software to see if the funds from the unused business returns could be transferred or credited toward the purchase of the individual returns. I believed this was a reasonable request, as I would not be using the business returns. Instead of finding a solution, the customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I was simply told "no" and instructed to go ahead and purchase the individual returns, essentially forcing me to spend an unnecessary amount of money due to a simple buying error.This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to assist a customer who made an honest mistake is completely unacceptable. It shows a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I now have two expensive, unused business returns and am being required to spend even more money to acquire the product I actually need.I am highly disappointed with both the rigid policy and the poor customer service I received. I strongly urge Drake Software to reconsider its approach to situations like this and to better train its representatives to assist customers with reasonable requests.

    Nature of ******************************** Experience I am an accounting professional and purchased Drake Software expecting reliable support. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating.On multiple occasions, I have contacted Drakes support team and have received dismissive, unhelpful responses. I've even been told to "****** the answer" or have heard I don't know as the solution to serious technical issues. Out of roughly 10 calls, Ive only spoken with 1 or 2 representatives who were actually knowledgeable.Most recently, on [Insert Date], I spoke with **** (Ext. 4963), who was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. He sounded annoyed and acted like my questions were a burden. If representatives like him dont want to provide assistance, they shouldnt be answering ******** a paying customer, I expected better. The ********************** is also not user-friendly, which makes the lack of support even more disappointing.

    I worked for them part time this last tax season and they have not paid me one ***** for my work. They treat their employees like s*** ****** pretended to know what she was talking about during training but when we went live it was clear alot of corrections needed to be made to do the job functionally. They will ask you to login before your shift begins without pay.
