I took my 2014 Chevrolet Spark to Power ***** because the **** light was on and the doors were locking and unlock. They charged me to replace the sensors and guaranteed that would fit the light issue. on the first trip a mechanic told me that if the light comes back on that the Body control module would need to be replaced. The light came back on, i requested that the Body control module to be replaced one i pick my car up they told me that it only needed to be programmed. The light came back on and they replaced the rear **** Sensors and said it was fix. The light came back on. I dropped the vehicle off and they were supposed to call me with an update. They never call and had my care for 5 days before i spoke to the correct supervisor. They kept my car a few more days and said it was fix. When i picked the car up it was grease and dirt all in the car. i paid over $1400 for the problem to still occurring. I feel as they Charge soldiers and veterans more because the $1200 service order they tried to charge me was reduced to $600 because i refuse to keep paying for them not to do their job. The service advisors are AWEFUL and do not care or show the customers respect. If you are a soldier or veteran please be care of the way they charge you. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Went to the location because of a power steering problem on my wife's 2012 ************************* steering pump and rack and pinion were replaced at another shop because of a leak, the car steering became much heavier and noisy. The shop people were always in touch and explained they couldn't do more and so we decided to go to the dealer.Worst experience! We left the car there and they initially said nothing was wrong with it. I requested to have someone to drive with me and the person then said that he immediately noticed the problem while he drove it. I was then told they would have to contact the manufacturer about the issue and would keep me up to date. Since then (after 3 weeks) no more communication from them. I went there for a service! I didn't ask for anything else and was always polite and simply asking for help! Nobody cared besides a nice lady at the front desk that sadly took several days off. Was told that after their contact with the manufacturer I should have some news in around 24 to 48 hours... nothing happened after 2 weeks of my contacting them for updates! Nobody called me back. I had to go there yesterday (07/05/23) for updates and looked like the person responsible gave orders to tell me he wasn't there, however another worker said that he just saw him at the back... the worker telling me the news felt caught (noticed his reaction). This is a shame! After they played with the power steering they made it much worse, much heavier and noisy. They know it and only want for me to give up. I told them I'd contact the manufacturer and place a complain too. I only need my wife's car power steering repaired. I have the money to pay for it. What else do they need? Doesn't this show lack of capability to run that business? I own a business too and must say that I'm proud of not lacking honor. My workers know my rules and adapted to all. If it wasn't for my wife to be really attached to the car, I'd have bought another brand.

We have informed ******************** that GM has said this is probably a normal condition. We also told him he needs to return to the repair shop he paid to have the work performed.
