5 starsOur basement waterproofing experience with Dry Otter has been excellent from beginning to end. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and a pleasure to work with. They took great care to protect our home, laying down heavy plastic runners on our new carpet and taping plastic over the doors to minimize dust. ******, our contact person, was exceptional. 5 starsDry Otter was great to work with. I purchased an old home that had a cellar entry into my laundry room so mold and radon from the crawl space was able to seep into the house. Dry Otter did an amazing job encapsulating the crawl space. ***** ****** ******* and **** did an amazing job. They were all kind and respectful to me and my home. 5 starsBottom line: Dry Otter did a great job. Would hire again. Worked through hurricane, torrential rain and power outage to get the job done. Full story: We hired Dry Otter to waterproof our full basement in our older home. We had been getting water coming in during big rains. They came out, gave a fair price and we scheduled the job. Well it just so happened that the week of our installation was the same day as when Hurricane ****** came through ********* So it was torrential rain and very difficult working conditions. In fact, on the last day we lost power due to the storm. But the guys did a great job and powered through working in the dark. They got the job done. And we feel much more comfortable now knowing our basement is dry. Special thanks to **** and **** for working so hard and in rough conditions. ** strongly recommend Dry Otter for any basement waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, foundation repair, or even mold remediation services in *********, **. Dry Otter did a wonderful job on our crawlspace. The job was supposed to take two days, but they had it done in one! The crew that did the work went above and beyond ! The whole process from initial contact to finishing the job was flawless. I would highly recommend!Dry Otter Waterproofing, Inc.

Everything went well. On time, good communication and good work. ********************** and ****** were hard working and so polite. They got the job done and I had no issues. They are really good guys!Even enjoyed some convo. As far as the company it's self. I felt heard when they initially came out. That was ******. They were also the most affordable but yet thorough. My quotes were all over the place as far as cost from all companies that came out. I feel like I made the right decision! Even came back out to help when hooking my washer back up because it had a small leak after the work done in one of the drainage pipes.Dry Otter Waterproofing, Inc.

In May 2023 we hired Dry Otter to encapsulate our crawl space, install a French drain, sump pump and a dehumidification system as we almost always had standing water under the house.We were very, very impressed with both the quality of work that ****************** and ******* provided but also with the customer service that was provided immediately after when we experienced an issue.The morning after they finished the work we awoke to no hot water and no air conditioning. We checked everything we knew to check on our end with no success. Then we call Dry Otter. Our thought at that point was that in doing the work under the house some wires to the other units had accidentally been pulled loose enough to cause problems but not loose enough to be noticed.They very quickly sent a team out to go back in and look. When their team couldn't find anything, they upped their game and called in an electrician. He was able to fix the issue with the hot water heater. That left the ** unit. It was still not working and it was hot outside.So, we called our HV** guy that we have used for years. Our guy came out, found that problem quickly and fixed it. I went ahead and paid him, then called Dry Otter for reimbursement which they did very rapidly.So long story short, their customer service is great as well.Were they the cheapest of the 6 companies we got quotes from? No, they were about in the middle. But we were very impressed with them from the very beginning and were impressed all the way to the end.Dry Otter Waterproofing, Inc.

We just had our crawlspace encapsulation done by DryOtter. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Before we began work my wife and I collected six estimates. It may seem like overkill but two of the estimates varied significantly from the others so we wanted to be sure, its a lot of money. One very well known company here in the Carolinas estimate was three times everyone elses. Three times! For the exact same work. One was $6,000 less than the average. Tossing both of those out, we were left with four companies whose estimates were virtually identical. We chose the company that we felt was the most thorough and had the best reviews; DryOtter. Their crew showed up on time, were very respectful of the home and property, kept us informed all along the way, eradicated the mold and even uncovered some structural issues with the home which we had addressed. DryOtter made sure everything was checked and doublechecked, every area completed, work area cleaned up, and gave us pictures of the finished product.we cannot recommend them enough.Dry Otter Waterproofing, Inc.
