      The work was started on 18 Feb to add structural support. The house still has not been structurally completed. The encapsulation resulted in using a jackhammer to the exterior brickwork, drilling a additional hole in the brickwork that has not been filled in. The drain is ***** feet shorter than explained. The crawlspace door/entry framing has been damaged. The drain pipes are not sealed. The company is not returning my phone call despite repeated attempts. The workers were a no show to continue working.

      I received a voicemail from the homeowner on 3/3 and attempted twice to return that call with no voicemail picking up. I attempted again on 3/4 with the same result. I have since spoken with the homeowner and we have scheduled a date and time for our field manager to come out. Our field manager will note all issues, and we have scheduled a separate day to send him, and another crew member out complete the job to our standards. I apologized for the service he has received so far and assured him that is not to our standard and we will make sure the finished product is up to our standards.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I spoke with ******* regarding this issue.  I have also sent an email with photos describing failures/issues associated with the work that has been completed.  She stated she will send out a manager on Fridary, 7 March as well as 11 March to address issues.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
