              On May 11, 2021, the owner of Custom Buildings came to collect my 50% deposit for a shed build. He instructed me that construction would start on June 7. I received a call the morning of June 7 stating that he would not be there and had 2 other jobs still in front of me and could start until June 21st. That didn't' happen. I contacted him June 19 and he stated there were more delays and he still had 1 more shed in front of me. He offered a refund on June 19, but I told him I wanted my shed instead of a refund & understood that small delays can happen. Long story short, every week that went by since June 21st, he repeatedly stated via text,email/phone he would be there in a few days or next week after multiple attempts each week to contact him. No construction in 2 months and only some materials left onsite. At a minimum, I am looking for $893.58 to resolve the remaining balance of deposit owed to me, so I can find someone else who can build my shed which was promised on June 7.
