Ive reached out several times. No one will contact me. *** cut off my free security system because I dont have services through them. I dont want the paid subscription! I only want the free service thats in my contract. Im so upset. Ive sent emails, called, left voicemails. They have several complaints against them. Theyre giving me the run around at this point. I need someone to intervene and get whats own to me back on. I reached out to ********* as they instructed and they clearly told me this company only need to either cut the free service back on or replace the system they broke

******* ******* has began calling the office in excess regarding her demanding that her panel be reactivated and demanding free service.

On 12/20/2021 she signed a 3 year security monitoring contract for her property at ********************************************************************  This contract required her to pay a monthly fee of just $26.95 per month for 36 months.. She paid only 7 months then stopped without any communication as to why. Her last payment being on 07/01/2022.

After many attempts to contact her via phone calls and emails, some of which I have attached, she demanded we cancel her services and let us know that she is not paying the balance of her contract. She would only state that she wasn't happy with the system. The same system that she wants us to turn back on for free.

We offered to send someone out to help with whatever difficulties she was having, but her only response was that she wanted her system cancelled. She was given ample time to pay her bill and was warned that her account would be turned over to collections. She was not entered into collections until February of 2023.

We are not sure why she has began calling again, but she is verbally abusive to anyone who speaks with her on the phone. So much so that there has been more than one occasion where the call needed to be terminated.

Her system is out of warranty, her service was terminated as she demanded and she has been entered into collections for which she has never paid any amount on.

We will not subject our staff to that sort of verbal abuse and nor will we be giving her free service.

Please let us know if you need any further action on our part.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

First I have never been rude. Upset yes, but never rude.

Next, no one never called me back after several calls, several voicemails, several emails. I dont understand why this company wont help me. The only thing Im asking for is my free service restored. I have attached some recordings for reference. Im not even able to leave messages half of the time.

Regarding the "free service" she is referring to: Honeywell only offered the automation service that was given to new homeowners for a limited time.

Her equipment is very far out of warranty and no longer rates the automation service.

The fact is that she is not entitled to free services of any kind from our company and no amount of harassment will change that.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

Im not harassing this company. I only want the free service thats entitled to me. This company did the same thing to address: ******************* The only difference is you allowed a technician to come out to his address and fix his system. Thats the difference? Why should I have a system in my home with a blank screen?

I canceled my service with this company due to the details of contract NOT being fully represented at the time of signing. I ended my service VIA EMAIL on 5/15/2024. And yet ever since then this company has STILL been attempting to take money MONTHLY out of my account not known to me. Well this month they finally succeeded in getting it. I would AVOID this company at ALL cost. Not to mention theres no support after certain hours yet burglaries and power surges from storms dont have business hours.

This account was suspended due to nonpayment.  We were finally contacted after the services were suspended and she could no longer use the system.

Customer stated that she will not be paying the past due amount and wanted the contract voided.

Customer was made aware of the past due amount and sent a copy of her service contract showing that the contract she signed is for 36 months. She was told that the account would be entered into collections if not paid.

Only four monthly payments of $26.95 were sporadically paid over a span of 1 year.

She was given every opportunity over two years to pay the past due.

This account was entered into collections for the balance of contract.

I have attached a copy of her signed service contract.
