"JIFFY LUBE CENTER #**** Located at *********************************************************************************************************** This location is a prime example of everything wrong with shady, independently owned service shops hiding under a big-name ******* came in for a standard oil change and ended up being told I had to pay extra because the oil filter cap was stuck. "I went here for a oil change got it drove to my truck yard Im a truck driver I left my car parked for a week got back in it on Fathers Day drove it home oil leaked everywhere called jiffy lube they sent someone to my home got under car and said yes engine leaked oil because they didnt secure engine oil cap motor locked up they told me fill out paperwork work for them to have car fixed I filled it out waited to receive payment to fix car and never received anything Im out of a car still paying a carnote and insurance they keep giving me the run around on the payment and my car I havent had my car for a month this jiffy lube needs to be investigated and shut down the manager ****** isnt training the workers correctly he lies to you and wont give updates on car and I will be taking this to small claims court after seeing all these complaints I will never be spending my money at another jiffy lube ever again"
