      I had a bad experience with Instaflex. I had buyer's remorse the next day after I was charged for $32.49 which I could not afford. I emailed Instaflex the day after purchasing 4/6/2024, and they claimed that they could not reimburse me because it had already been mailed out 4/7/2024.....not true. I still have not received their product in the mail (4 days later). I am a sr. ******* and live on a very fixed income; I need money for food and do not have enough without this reimbursement and I explained this information to the company but it fell on deaf ears.

      We are sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. Your Instaflex order shipped on the same day you placed your order, April 6, 2024, and it was delivered on April 13, 2024. An RMA # and return instructions were sent to the e-mail address we have on file. A refund will be issued once the product is received at our warehouse. On April 15, 2024, your account was closed indefinitely at your request and no further orders will ship out. We trust that the cancellation of your account and the offer of a refund provide a satisfactory resolution to this issue, but if not please feel free to call or email customer service at any time with additional questions.

      I got a free trial of one their products along with an email that said I could reply to the email and cancel my subscription to recurring deliveries. It has now been 6 months and over $500 later and I still cant cancel my subscription. This company stole over $500 from me and I want my money!

      I have canceled a 14 weeks free trail before before expiration date. Two days after I receives their confirmation. At my surprise, they charged my bank account anyway if $75.98 without asking for my authorization.I open two case of Unauthorized Transactions on PayPal and Amex. I cannot contact this "company" either by phone or email anymore. This company must be investigated for fraudulent business and closed.They must to pay back all money to the people they have stolen!

      Peptiva is a scam. I ordered the 14 day trial on March 3, 2024 for $5.99. As of March 20, I had not received my free trial when they charged me $*****. When I called them about it they said my trial was just delivered to my mailbox. I asked how can they charge me the ***** when I haven't even tried the trial. I asked them to cancel everything. Now they want me to send not only the free trial back at my expense but also the new one as soon as it is coming. I've decided I will write on my free trial RETURN TO SENDER as well as when I receive the new one. I would not recommend ordering the free trial unless you really want to try it after.

      Watch out for fraud charges. I received items never ordered and charged somehow through paypal and the number they list is a sales number. You can not even talk to someone regarding the issue. They are someone who needs to be investigated and closed. Never heard of them and hope I never see them on my account again.

      The company Nugenix isn't what they claim to be. They advertise that you can get a free trial of their products. But all the while they are really trying to get you subscribed. They claim that they send out emails & if you don't unsubscribe in a timely fashion they will charge your card w/o your authorization. I called to cancel & they told me that the order has already been shipped. I called the shipping company and they told me that only the merchant can cancel the order. I thought the customer is always right. Not by ********************** standards. Buyer's beware.

      DON'T BUY anything from NUGENIX the Pills made me sick. And they Changed a huge amount on your charge without you knowing it.The trick you and miss leading.The pills don't work and made me sick. I have sent a few messages to them and even gave them my phone number and they never responded.This is my option others may vary

On February 26, 2024, your account was closed indefinitely at the request of your bank and no further orders will ship out. One final order was delivered on February 26, 2024. An RMA # and return instructions have been sent to the e-mail address used when placing your order. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery by not opening the packing and writing RETURN TO SENDER or REFUSED on the package (not the shipping label). Once you refuse delivery, you can contact customer service and we will expedite a refund. The representative from your bank did not indicate issues with side effects or any other adverse events. If you would like to discuss your concerns with an adverse event reporting (AER) specialist, please contact customer service and provide your phone number and the best time of day to reach you. We trust the offer of a refund and outreach from an AER specialist provides a satisfactory resolution to this issue, but if not please feel free to call or email customer service at any time with additional questions.

      Nugenix **************** Feb 19, **** I want to cancel my subscription of the auto ship program for Nugenix Total T.I would not do this but you are running an obvious scam on this product.What I thought I was ordering was a SAMPLE to determine if I could take this product, but how will I be able to determine that, if I received the sample today 10 days after placing my order, which I havent, I would only have 10 more days to try it out. The literature on this product says it will not be obvious that it helps for some period of time after beginning the medication and after taking it, it may cause side effects.So in conclusion there is no way your sample program is offered in good faith.PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and keep your product.Please verify the reception of this email.Sincerely,
