              Petfolk offers end of life care for pets, aka euthanasia. It's advertised as a service on their website. Nowhere does it say you must be an existing client, infact is says walk-ins, urgent, and emergent care welcome. I have an older failing dog that could not wait for my regular vet. Petfold allowed me to book an appt for euthanasia. My family said our goodbyes to the pet and I went with the dog. Upon arriving I was shown to a room and multiple vet techs were in and out. I was there for over an hour before the vet came in. She verified the dog was 17 years old with a heart murmur, heart failure, cataracts, weight loss, and incontinent of bowels and bladder. Yet she said because we were not regular clients she would not offer euthanasia. I told her their website says end of life care and I was allowed to book an appt. She agreed but said she just wouldn't do it. I left and left a poor review to which the owner responded had in been a regular client I would have been taken care of. I told the owner they should change their advertising to reflect that and I want to warn others. Now I have a sick dog in heart failure and have to wait until Monday for my regular vet to open. Petfolk is false advertising and promising services they will not offer to lure people in and charge them money.
