  Everytime I encounter this company its in a situation where as an employee of the company that has contracted them I have no other options for food on my lunch other than pack my own (which is not viable at the warehouse I work in unless I want to go through ridiculous security screenings.) they over charge for sub par quality food. 10 dollars for a dry as sin sandwhich with ham, provolone, and a wilted lettuce leaf? They dont even have the decency to put some mustard or mayonnaise on it either. This has mad early ****s coal mine company store vibes. Terrible company. Absolutely awful.

  Charge for a standard drink is typically **** but the each repeatedly charged me 10 dollars for each beverage on my statement with no adjustments made.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I have been waiting for a small credit due since JANUARY--I literally call EVERY month & get the same stupid excuses. But they'll FOR SURE deduct payments from your account without fail! For reference, this is in ********* but it surely looks like it's a BAD company in all states!!!

  Yeah Canteen is garbage. The vending machines we have at my work are almost always OUT OF ORDER and its weird because the machines look completely full. I have also had the misfortune of being scammed out of money from the companies vending machines and was not refunded the money no surprise there. Their **************** is slightly just as good as the quality of their non-vending money stealing machines.

  We have had Canteen machines in our office for ~1 1/2 years and have had to place at least 30 service calls. Snacks are often filled haphazardly (one cheetos, then 3 doritos in the same slot). Drinks explode, aren't dispensed and or the card reader rarely works. **************** is lacking; the driver and technician have both admitted to me that they know the machines are bad quality. Even when the drink machine has been fixed, the splatter from the drink that previously exploded was not cleaned up. I believe our employees experienced a huge disservice by us having Canteen machines in our building.

  Never once have I encountered a Canteen vending machine or food kiosk that worked properly. Between charging twice for one item, machines locking up after attempting to purchase a beverage and leaving you drinkless, and refusing to give refunds. Horrible company, horrible machines. Do NOT use Canteen services.

  I was having a problem using my debit card to pay for my favorite bag of chips and it charged 2 different debit cards I have but never gave me the items. The very next day, an employee named *** stopped by to refill the machines. I explained everything that happened the day before and he was so kind in giving me the items I got charged for but never received, and explained that there's a number on the machine that if I ever had another problem I could call and ask for help! Kudos ***!
