If I could leave a 0 rating I definitely would. Last May I bought a 2014 C 250 Mercedes from them, and yes I know I should have bought a ******** from the dealership. Let's just say I have spent more on maintenance than car payments. When I first bought the car about two weeks later my dad noticed a oil leak, he took it back, and of course they didn't do anything. A month later the *** blew out, therefore I could use the radio at all. At the same time check engine light comes on, and it was valve gasket, and the engine control module. At this point I'm just giving the car back to the finance company. I advise anyone who plans on purchasing a car from them, please go get it checked at a real dealership first. Trufully I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a pair of skates from them!

I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after making the first payment, the rear end failed. Not even 45 days later, the transmission went out completely. What made things worse was how the dealership handled it. They told us we had purchased an extended warranty but we hadnt, and unfortunately, we didnt ask for the paperwork to confirm at the time. That was our mistake, but it doesnt excuse the lack of transparency. Later, they admitted we had no coverage at all. We were misled from the beginning. This has been a really frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldnt recommend doing business with Adams Group unless there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell.

Honestly if I could go back in time I would! I stupidly purchased a 2015 ************* GLA 4MATIC. On January 23rd of 2023 from Adams Auto Group. Im so furious with this dealership as well as myself because I should have known better than that. They literally played me right in front of my face. Simply for the fact that I got pre approved for an auto loan though ****. I wasnt gonna go for a luxury vehicle this time around after my car accident I had a ********** CC. I actually wanted a **** Edge. That day I test drove the *** and didnt notice any mechanical issues at the moment. But the moment that I drove this car home I started to notice how my car my car drove the shifts wasnt smooth it was hard. This car scared me about four times. My car completely cut off on me during rush hours. The sunroof messed and now my car is overheating. I havent been able to enjoy this purchase because I dont have the money like I thought I would. I even tried going back to the dealership to see if they could help get out of this situation and possibly put me into another vehicle. But they didnt care to get me out of this car. Now I stuck with a vehicle thats just sitting in the driveway and yet Im paying for a car that Im not driving and I cant get myself out getting someone to co-sign for me. Im just really in a huge sinkhole trying to claw myself out of this hole I found myself in Im really upset disappointed in the way everyone treated me including the sells agent that misled me into buying this nonsense of a vehicle. Yeah the car looks nice on the outside but underneath it isnt as you would expected it to be which is ******* me off because Im without a vehicle right now. My ma is mad at me because shes paying the car insurance.

**** I don't have your name in our data as a customer unless you used another name to purchase your vehicle!

Okay, that doesnt make sense it was two years ago but your system should still be able to pull up all my information in the system including my phone number. I never used another name to disguise myself. It was actually the 26th that I bought this car.

Purchased a 2015 ***** later to find out the odometer has been rolled back and they have REFUSED to help us!!!! Whether the miles were rolled by them or whoever they purchased the vehicle from- doesnt matter the vehicle was sold to us with a rolled back odometer (Which by the way is a felony). We would like for them to make it right and have given them the chance to do so. We have 3 small children and have no time or energy to be dealing with this. Just sad.

Please remove this review. We have signed documents from your husband disclosing that the odometer cluster had been replaced. If he did not tell you this I'm sorry but it was properly disclosed. You can ask for that document from your lender as they also required it to do the loan for him.

******* was awesome; (Without all of that pushy sales talk)??But **** Auto Group the Company is horrible. I purchased a warranty and my car broke down in 9 days. Adams would not take the my vehicle back for repairs told me to take to the shop for repairs and call for pre-approval. Took my vehicle to the shop and the mechanic called and the representative stated the warranty was too new and was not sent over by Adams. That Adams would have to cover repairs..now here we go round and round. Adams stated they would pay then reniged on their word and said no prior authorization was given. . I was horrified ...I paid 700 dollars for Adams mistake, the warranty is really unusable that I am paying for and the company's word is trash. Please be very careful buying from them. ??

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give them no stars I absolutely would but this review is necessary, so 1 star will suffice. If youre looking to spend thousands of dollars on the shell of a car, then Adams Auto Group is the place to shop. I was sold a 2016 ****** Maxima with roughly ****** miles on it on 9/9 around 6pm. The car was driven less than 50 miles from the time of purchase into the next day, 9/10 and then completely broke down. I reached out to the salesman as soon as it happened and his response was less than favorable sorry that happened. There was no concern or sympathy on his end. There was no offer of what could be done, it was just cut and dry. I continued to reach out to the salesman as I was broken down on the side of the road and he stopped responding. The car was inoperable at that point. It wouldnt turn on even with a jump, the entire dash was dead, the gear wouldnt shift, etc. The next day, 9/11 I reached out again to see if something could be done and the response was the same, sorry that happened to you. Again, no resolution being offered. There is no way the car that I purchased should have broken down 24 hours after having it. On 9/12 I had the car towed from the side of the road back to their lot because it was still inoperable and there had been no communication. Thats when I finally received a phone call from the towing company stating that the salesman and GM refused to accept the car and if it was left on their property the police would be called to have it towed. Why is that ? So not only have you ignored phone calls and texts about the issue, when I finally do return the car to the lot to get some sort of resolution, Im threatened with having it towed off the property. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS. These men are horrible business men and crooks. If youre okay with wasting your money, then this is definitely the place to shop !
