              I bought the so called vacation package for $500. January 19, 2022 from a guy and he said I have 18 months months to use and can call and extend if needed. I hadnt called to try and book anything because I had trips already planned for that year. I called the number last week the guy called me on and a woman was trying to get me to give my credit card over the phone to pay 1. for a $100. ******* gift card before she would check on my account and when I wouldnt give it to her she hung up on me. Now Ive called 3 days in a row to the customer service number on the confirmation letter I got in the mail and have left voicemails every day and no one is ever calling me back or answering the phone. Yesterday the voicemail said someone will call you back within 24 hours now today the voicemail says someone will call you back as soon as they can. Im beginning to think that they took my 500.

              I paid for a vacation through a ******** ad, was contacted by 2FN travel to confirm and obtain info. Through the discussion, we discussed that I do not meet income qualifications. I have asked them to cancel the booking and refund my payment multiple times a day for 5 days now. I informed them that if they did not cancel the booking and refund what I paid I would have to leave them a review. This is my last attempt to get a refund before I file a dispute with my bank.

              The customer was never charged. The online booking only preauthorizes, the card is not charged until the booking is confirmed. If the customer reviews their bank statement they will see the transaction will only show pending because it has not settled. It can take the bank up to seven days to release the authorization. The transaction was done on 9/30 which was a weekend and the office was not open. We would have opened Monday, 10/2, so it's actually been two days not 5 days. As previously stated it can take the bank up to 7 days to release the hold and it has been 2 days.
