I paid for a vacation through a ******** ad, was contacted by 2FN travel to confirm and obtain info. Through the discussion, we discussed that I do not meet income qualifications. I have asked them to cancel the booking and refund my payment multiple times a day for 5 days now. I informed them that if they did not cancel the booking and refund what I paid I would have to leave them a review. This is my last attempt to get a refund before I file a dispute with my bank.

The customer was never charged. The online booking only preauthorizes, the card is not charged until the booking is confirmed. If the customer reviews their bank statement they will see the transaction will only show pending because it has not settled. It can take the bank up to seven days to release the authorization. The transaction was done on 9/30 which was a weekend and the office was not open. We would have opened Monday, 10/2, so it's actually been two days not 5 days. As previously stated it can take the bank up to 7 days to release the hold and it has been 2 days.Review from Jennifer S

Found them on Facebook. They were very helpful. Because the price was so low we were not sure how good the accommodations were going to be but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed at Summer Bay Resort, which was very nice and had tons of things for the kids to do. I would definitely recommend them. If you do call, ask for Miranda, she was excellent!2FN Travel Response
