5 starsInterval Exit Services and case manager *** told us what we needed to do with two timeshare contracts we had that were sold to us under pressure and had more points than we could use in a year and were very costly. *** walk us thought the steps need to remove these two contracts and have one that is cost friendly with points for our yearly travels and we were not paying for points we never would use. We highly recommend them if you are burdened with timeshare payments and point problems. They are very dependable and were only a phone call or text away.

She was so patient, professional and an amazing person. She knew I was overwhelmed, hopeless and burdened with this contract but she kept me together and worked on my case. 5 starsI was in over my head and facing health issues, and felt hopeless and burdened by a contract that was beyond my ability to pay or even use. ******* became my touchstone and gently guided me through the process of getting my contract down to an amazingly manageable amount. She was a great partner in preparing me for all conversations and motivating me to take action. She was personable and professional. The cost of the service was not insignificant, but it provided the results that I needed to fit my current situation. 5 starsThe total cost of this service was less than what we will save in the first year. *** told us exactly what to expect and what to say. We had a total of seven timeshare contracts with XXXX XXXXXXX, one with a balance over $30,000, and six paid **** but still accruing maintenance fees. *** advised us each step of the way to restructure the open contract so that the balance is now just over $1,000. Our payments went from $600/month to slightly over $80/month. With her help, we are in the process of exiting our paid off contracts, which will wipe out an additional $1,000/month in maintenance fees.
