Interval Exit Services advised that they would get me out of my timeshare. I paid them over $9000 to go through this process and I was advised that it could take up to 3 years for the process to be completed. I started in April of 2022. As of October 2024, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the company. And I am still not out of my timeshare contract.

Thank you ******** for contacting our company, we strive to resolve all issues with urgency.  I have reviewed your file in full and will be providing your cancellation documents for you to view here.  Found on page 7 of the Trustee Deed, 2nd from the bottom acknowledging the cancelation of the ******* points.   We did send you a copy of these documents by mail in May of 2025, to the address we have on file.  The timeshare company acknowledged the surrender and re-conveyance of your deed on May 21st 2025.  We were notified a few months earlier that the cancellation had been approved.  Our Case Manager ****** had reached out to you several times during that period to inform ******** of the great news.  Those calls went unanswered and un-returned.  Although this process took longer than anybody involved would have liked, we did obtain the cancellation result desired.  We appreciate ********** business, and patience through this process.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never notified.  I have nothing in writing.  I never received any phone calls.  the only phone call I have received was on 11/6/25 after I filed this claim.  I returned the call back to ***** and still have not received a return call.  I do have several emails that I sent to ***** ****** since late 2024 that went unanswered.

Per the attachment, what does this mean?  And if it has been released, why is it still on my credit report?  Additionally, there was a reference to a "********" in their response...who are they speaking of?  My name is not ********.

I would like to talk to someone ASAP.

    Thanks.

******* has been provided a copy of the court document showing the cancellation of her Timeshare ownership, as we always do.  There was a 9 min 24 sec call to ******* on 11/11/25 at 1145am between her and ***** that explained the cancellation and sent her both copies.  ******* has also been enrolled with credit cleanup assistance and it is currently underway.  The transaction is on her credit report because she bought timeshare points, and took out a loan to do so, it takes time to remove after the cancellation is complete.  I think ******* is upset because auto-correct spelled out her name as "********"  and I missed it before sending my response.  Then she fired off this email to the BBB again within 24 hours of her conversation with ***** the day before.  ******* is timeshare free!
