    I have reached out to the Bojangles corporate office days ago and got no response. I want a refund for an online order that wasnt fulfilled due to the location choosing to lock its dining room and force online customers to wait on the drive thru line for their purchase. The store refused to refund my money for the purchase. No one has contacted me back and Im extremely annoyed by this. Gas wasted sitting in a drive thru line for over 45 minutes. It has been 7 days now and still no one responds. The customer service from the restaurant and their hierarchy is poor. This occurred on 10/9/22 at ******************************************************************* charged $9.03

    Wife placed an order on Bojangles website for curbside pickup. Six minutes later when she got there she was told that someone used her name to pick up the food. That is not possible unless an employee messaged a friend to use the name or the manager was just lying. She showed the manager her receipt and the manager said it didn't matter and wasn't her problem anymore. This occurred around 9/8/22 at 10am at the US1/*************** ********* ************** location. Wife had to order and pay $22 for the same food again. Have tried for a month to reach out to corporate through their website and email but still no response. Had I been there I would have called the police and reported the possible fraud, identity theft, and robbery.

    Date: 10/02/22 Amount:$22 Location: ********************************************************************** I visited this location on 10/2/22, When ordering two 3pc supreme chicken tender meals the clerk stated my order was going to be $20. That price sounded a tad odd considering the meals are $7.59 a piece. At the window the cashier stated to me that my total was $22 and at this point I asked for an explanation of the charges considering I visit this location weekly. The cashier and the manager on duty explained to me that there were price increases however the ordering boards had not been updated, and she would not honor the price on the board. I then being extremely upset with this response I refused to pay for the food and drove away. I definitely feel like this location employees were trying to price ***** me out of my hard earned money, especially since there were no signs to corroborate and justify the prices they were verbally telling me. Its put a bad light on Bojangles for me to the point Im hesitant to spend my money with Bojangles in the future.

    I arrived at the Bojangles on ***************** around 8pm I placed my order through the app. 20 minutes later I get no update on the app then I decided to try and call the store no one ever picked up . Another 20 mins roll by then I decided to enter the drive through line then I was told to pull upfront. I did that and still never received my food after waiting a total of 45 mins this completed messed up date night. I had to end up giving business to the competitor Churches.Also, Ive filled out a complaint form several times and still havent been contacted. Im requesting a gift card due to this inconvenience and I still didnt get a refund from the charges from ordering the food on the app.

    False advertisement. My Mother and I signed up for the app, with the offer of receiving a free chicken sandwich. After literally going to 4 different restaurants, we gave up. Locations did not either accept the coupon or could not pull up the coupon to be able to honor our sandwich offer. Please stop this false advertisement.

    On 08/21/22 I went to Bojangles on ********************************************************************************** at 6:17:46 PM to get dinner for my wife and 2 kids. when I got there the said it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait to which I said ok. after my wait of about *********************************************************************************************************************************** when I got home I realize the 12 piece family meal I ordered only had 9 pieces. the 3 piece dinner I ordered wasn't even in the bag! I've tried contacting Bojangles through the "Support" Email AND The website! I just want a refund so I can get the family meal i paid for. at this point however I feel as if Bojangles isn't deserving of my business which ***** because I've been eating there for a long time now. If you guys do want to make this right please contact me.Thanks, *********************************
