I went to the Bojangles on ************* on Sunday 6/22, I received stale fries and a burnt biscuit, when I sent my 17 year old child back into the restaurant to have it fixed, the manager name ******* told another worker to hurry up and get this b**** out of my store this is highly unacceptable for a manager to every speak about a customer that way and very unprofessional! We have had many rude and racist encounters with this same manager and there have also been several complaints and social media posts with videos of this manager smoking vape pins in the store and being rude to customers!! This now needs to be addressed by corporate and she needs to be replaced by someone more professional!Business Response

I placed an online order for 2 separate and single BoBerry Biscuits. When I received my order there was only one box in my bag. I proceeded back to the drive through window to inform them of the missing items. The manager began yelling at me and telling me that there were no items missing out of my order and that the 2 BoBerry biscuits were placed in the carton. I explained to her that the biscuits were for 2 separate people that's why I place an order for 2 separate biscuits and not for an order of 2. She started banging on the window ledge and raising her voice even louder to apparently try to get her point across and said that was the way Bojangles did it. I asked her if I needed to go get them out of my car to have them placed in 2 separate containers and she said yes. I went back to my car got food out of the bag and passed it back through the window to get the situation rectified. The fact that she took already sold food that had been in someone's hands and vehicle back into the kitchen and gave back to the customer was gross. Luckly I'm a clean person, but there's no telling what contamination could have taken place in that kitchen. This should have never even been an issue and the manager should have never reacted that way period; much less in front of her coworkers to watch. Arrived a few minutes early to pick up the order and was informed that the order was accidentally given away by an employee as a door dash order. I was told to contact the number and that was it. Nashaunti was rude and did not really care about the huge inconvenience that was caused. To have to wait an indefinite period for a refund is completely unacceptable. I paid for food and did not get my order. In that moment this establishment stole my money.Business Response

Today I went to Bojangles 1160 and this place continues to be rude and undertrained. I don't know how many times I have gotten the wrong food, or the wrong order and they have refused to fix / compensate. I went there today to order 2 simple items and part of the order was again wrong and not what I paid extra for. I would like to have the franchise owners' email to be compensated as the survey requests are pointless and I never get a response.Business Response

One of their employees, *** ********, is missing who just so happens to be my friend. I saw him leave at 6:40AM Sunday morning to go to work because he was supposed to be there at 7AM. The front office manager saw him walking to the bojangles around that same time that morning. Supposedly one of the managers heard from him via text at 8:15AM saying he was running late which doesnt make sense because we literally live a 2 minute walk away from the bojangles. I needed to check their security cameras to see if he even made it to the building. OBVIOUSLY he didnt come inside but we were just trying to see if he even made it to the parking lot or ANYTHING. The managers were EXTREMELY rude. Cracking jokes like this is a laughing matter saying hes not missing. How the h*** you gonna tell his family and friends that have been looking for him for nearly 24hrs that hes not missing and start laughing about it? So I actually believe they mightve had something to do with it and they need to reach out and clear their name because I am filing a police report at 9AM after we finish checking the camera footage here and I will be informing the police that I believe bojangles has something to do with his disappearance. I made the regrettable mistake of stopping at the Bojangles on **************** in *******, **, and the experience was an absolute trainwreck from beginning to end. From the moment I pulled up, it was clear this location is a chaotic mess. The teenage staff inside were blasting rap music at full volume and shouting across the kitchen like they were at a house party, not a place of business. It was loud, unprofessional, and gave the immediate impression that no one was in chargeor cared.I was initially told there would be a short five-minute wait for fries. Fine. What followed was an agonizing, unexplained 25-minute delay with zero communication, zero urgency, and zero regard for the customer. Not once did anyone check in, offer an update, or even pretend to be competent.When someone finally emergedlooking visibly irritatedthey handed me the fries without a single word. No greeting, no apology, not even a nod. Just a blank, dismissive stare. I said thank you, and was met with complete silence. The lack of the most basic manners and professionalism was actually *********** the time I made it home, the rest of the food was cold and borderline inedible. This level of apathy and incompetence is unacceptable, even for a fast-food joint. The staff clearly have no training, no oversight, and no accountability. Whoever is managing this location either doesnt care or has completely lost control.This place is a joke. I want a full $30.53 refund and an apology.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Your lack of a response is highly expected, but also disappointing. I will accept nothing less than a refund, although this entire Bojangles location should be shut down until you manage to actually provide any type of training at all to your obviously untrained employees.

Place a order at 9:23 pm. My husband went to pick up the order and the store associate stated the location wasclosed. He asked about a refund and the associate stated she could not provide one go to door dash. I then called the store and informed i had placed this order via the company App and with extreme attitude was told she could not do anything about it and then hung up on me. On January 26th, 2025, I arrived at a Bojangles location to pick up an order that I placed through the Bojangles website. I was informed by the manager (who was also at the register) that my order was at a different location. I asked what could be done. She called the other store and spoke with their manager. That manager canceled my order and didn't prepare it. She said I should request a refund through the website since that's where I placed the order but that it wouldn't be a problem.I have submitted through the website's refund form at ********************************************** 10 times. The first submission was on January 27th, 2025. On February 5th, 2025, I did receive a confirmation email and case number (******) from a vendor with a 5and5 email domain. I would like my refund for a meal that I did not receive. I was told I would be refunded by following their instructions and I haven't been.Business Response

I, was so excited to find out about your opening here in *********! I, drove over 10 miles to your new place! Only, to find out you only sell Chicken Fingers! I, had your fried chicken in **************, with all the side order choices , it was great. What a disappointment it was! If, I would be able to redo it I, would have gone to Raising Canes!
