      I have multiple CDs of photos that are encrypted through the Portrait Innovation software. These photos were purchased with the promise from the business that additional prints could be made at any time. Business is no longer in operation and therefore, they need to provide a means to print these pictures. Even if it means selling proprietary software for customer use. I understand ********************** is bankrupt but these photos are priceless to customers.

      I have 13 picture CDs from Portrait innovations that I have purchased over the years and since the business went out of business I can no longer access the photos that I have paid for and paid extra to have a safe haven having the photos on the disc. We just recently had a house fire and I lost all my photos I had on the walls all I had left were the disc to be able to reprint the photos or so I thought they don't work now I have 10 years of my special needs child's birthday and dance memories gone with no way to get them back.
