    company is used by other company's. Do not receive rapid pay they can be canceled after you get payed and not approved.

    This company was the payroll company for an asisited living community I worked for in Dec of 2023. I am having an incredibly difficult time getting them to pay me, due to the fact that the representative, did not perform a task he told me he would and thus, my company was not paid. 5 months now? Its ridiculous how difficult they make this process.

    As a supplier, I must say that their practices are deceptive and they try to get you to sign up for the fee based ways of getting paid. Even after getting a phone call from someone claiming to be in their "accounts payable" department, and telling them over and over that I just wanted a check cut once my client approved the invoice, they still created a virtual credit card with which to pay me.When I contacted customer service the next business day and told them that my choice of payment had already been made, and that under no circumstances, would I pay them a fee to get paid on an already overdue invoice, they placed it as an exception and then told me they couldn't cut a check right away. I then offered to pay for an overnight mailing of the check when they do actually cut it, and was told that they only use standard mail and that the overall process takes from 7-10 days including delivery time. I've received phone calls and emails in the past from them with another real estate client, but this time they have been pushing much harder for me to use their paid methods for payment. Shady way to do business, and wondering if the clients that use their services are aware of how shabbily they treat their suppliers.If I could give no stars, I would. Shady business model.

    Their customer service agents leave messages regarding a missing payment - I call them back immediately and get voicemail. They "overnighted" a check but never let me know that it was sent ****** Guess what. It did't make it - again. They actually told me it was sent ***** Because of them, my client has not paid me in over a year for close to 20K worth of work. The client it great - it's all due to their issues. They keep pushing their direct deposit option where it will cost me almost 2%. I am now turning down work with clients if they use Avid as their payment processor.

    We run a service business and have accepted payments from clients through Avid for many years. However, during the past 2 years payments have gotten very slow and they have been contacting us inquiring whether we want to expedite payments for an exorbitant fee. We did not know that Avidxchange is becomming a factoring company. Avoid them if you can.

    This company seeks to extort 2% of your invoiced ammount to receive the funds electronically and quickly. Otheriwse they take forever to pay and there is always some BS. Great company if you want to pay vendors late and s**** them over constantly floating their checks!

    They are crooks!! Here is my list. We area real estate management company No support. No one ever gets back to you. This is from the *** of the management side. but they do call vendors (Such as painters) for prepayments all the time. -Trick payable vendors into prepayments where they take 5% making up stories that the management did not approve the bills etc but we can pre-pay you at 5%-Constantly calling and harassing vendors and lying to them and even pulling back payment to get their pre-payment strategy. Their entire strategy is sitting on payments and asking for 5% on all payables. Vendors will just charge 5% more to get pre-paid destroying the bidding market. - Constantly sitting on money for about a week, after a payment is processed. Example, we process a e-payment on Friday, it may not go out till the following Monday. - Excessive costs on the management side for payables. We pay over 50K a year. These practices are evil!! Such a hostil and aggressive environment. We are def switching to another payables vendor.

    Worst management company possible for the contractors trying to get paid. I refuse to work for any company that uses avid. This is my last straw with them

    I have never experienced such a bad customer service, account setup process in my life. I have invoices that are behind by 2 to 3 months. My client says to set up an account with ********************** and I have been trying unsuccessfully to do this for 3 months. No emails are responded to. No chats result in anythings except to follow another link to set up yet another account; this is supposed to generate emails to me with next steps. That doesn't happen. I've done this literally 8 times with no answers, no responses, nothing. I literally can't believe there is anyone working on the other side in customer support. Chats get dropped. No follow up. I mean this feels like a total scam. As a vendor trying to get paid it is ridiculously awful. I'd never use a service like this. Onboarding is horrible, customer service is non-existent. I'm not sure anyone is there??!

    More than two months later. No payment yet received. Absurd run around by opaque customer service process.
