  This Review is to warn about All Season Moves and what a nightmare experience it was. All my concerns regarding moving out using movers came to pass. Right from the pre-call they were dishonest about the $85/hr rate that they advertised and initially estimated on the phone. But, the actual movers on moving day were asking for $100/hr. By the time they were finished their boss charged me $105/hr for 5 hrs for 3 movers when I had originally agreed on two. When they showed up, it was 2 hours late. They came in with street clothes smelling like weed, cursing in front of me and my small child. Soon after starting to move the furniture one of them broke one of the slabs on the window blinds with a dresser and didn't mentioned it until I brought it up. At that point, total trust was lost. The moving items were mishandled and not given at any care. My computer desk top corner was broken because they overloaded the undersize rental truck they got. All the furniture they could fit in the truck was forced or wedged in without caring about potential damage. It was clear that they did not work well as a team. Sometimes, they flat out refused to help each other. On the clock, they took multiple smoking breaks and one on the way to the destination (convenience store stop)...as well as personal phone calls while moving stuff up and down stairs. Please avoid these people or they will become your own nightmare on moving day.

  I would like to share a recent experience that I had with ********************************* A few months ago, I noticed their business card on my door and decided to utilize their services as I was moving into another unit in the same complex right across the street. Regrettably, I didnt do my due diligence beforehand which wouldve saved me the trouble.First of all, their card was misleading as it said $85/hour for 2 men and a truck, however that was not the case as they add on additional fees. They arrived late then took multiple breaks while on the clock. Next, I paid for 2 men but only saw 1 guy working most of the time. Because of this, a move that was estimated to take between 3-4 hours took 8 hours. To make matters worst, they didnt even move everything in my apartment. Mind you, my apartment was a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor that was less than 1000 square feet.I contacted the company twice to express my dissatisfaction then at the end of the night I spoke to the owner. Once I explained the situation, he said that Id still be responsible for the full $700+ although their system was inefficient and they purposely drug the move out. I let him know that Id be writing a review, he cursed at me and I ended the ******* the end, the movers and I re-negotiated the price and I paid $550 instead of the $700+ that they were asking. This was the most stressful move Ive ever had as I felt taken advantage of. I wanted to share my experience to hopefully save others the stress and money. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company.

  I will give them 1 star for showing up!!! They are terrible! They ruined my furniture and never got it repaired! They over charged my card and did not refund me!!! Stay away from these scammers!!!

  The absolute worse service EVER! 1. Explained to them the size of our move and they said they could handle the load. Got to ** and the truck is too small. We had to rent ANOTHER truck and spend more money because the moving guy said if not hed have to make multiple trips. 2. I was gone for almost 2 hours, trying to rent the truck and when I got back nothing had barely been moved. Only a few boxes. That was when I knew they were trying to ride out the time and I was ******.3. I started moving things on my own into the truck because one of the men stayed on his phone most of the time while the other older man did most of the moving. The older man kept telling him to get to work, and he kept arguing back-and-forth with him.4. When it was time to finally drive to the new location, the younger man who was slacking the entire time said they had to stop for food and they were gone for almost 2 hours. Even worse they didnt deduct the time that they were gone and came back smelling like beer. 5. It took seven hours for them to complete the job with three ************ in my house helping. They were that slow. And the younger guy was getting mad that we were putting things on the truck. Actually said YOU KEEP ADDING MORE STUFF ON. He didnt want to work. 6. The price the guy over the phone quoted was different than the price that the young male said, and he refused to finish unloading our things from the truck until we paid him the price that he said. Even worse, I saw him walk to the side of the truck, separate money, and stuff the difference in his pocket.I told him thats not how Business works. He didnt even want to bring our bed furniture upstairs, which was included in the price that was originally quoted. Not only are you charging us more, but want to do less work. And he damaged my walls severely Bringing the furniture upstairs.7. Their truck left transmission fluid all in my driveway. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. And Rude.

  My Sister referred me to this moving company.After she paid a deposit a month earlier on a BBB accredited moving company, that never responded to calls on the Booked Date.To later have BBB accredited movers company try all kinds of discounts/deals to keep her business.She chose to book All Seasons Moving, that didn't ask for a deposit or payment til job was done She had nothing but praise and she is a very picky loud mouth seeker of complaints for minor detail."Ex.US.Drill SGT. I need to be out my apt.or my housing complex attached big expensive penalities immediately,and I had plans for my"$ecurity" deposit management would be returning.It was spent all ready in my mind.But the need for efficient,no error service was needed.Not a holiday or Sunday.But moving companies weren't answering or claiming booked.My sister referenced All Seasons after praising them to the point of annoyance and slightly dozing off.Had to get her off the phone. And without a moment All seasons moving responded and made my free booking and move stressless. Makes sense now who gonna not do A+ work if they don't got a deposit.********* was at the time bursting with growth and a smaller company that my sister's friend who works for some ********* musical star ****** said ****** had booked All seasons at least two times. A+ Hidden Gem
