The company is complete utter trash! They hire workers that are high as a kite and reeking of weed to move my apt. They took forever and also damaged my furniture in the process. Several pieces of furniture they sat on the concrete which chewed the wood up! They also damaged my bed platform that is worth 2k and tore my king size mattress. I had 5 different pieces damaged! The company rarely picks up and send you all around the mulberry **** when they finally do. They agreed to refund my full amount which they have only refunded 200 dollars. I am owed another 288! I am military and have moved serval times in my life, this is by far the worse experience!Initial Complaint

I hired All Seasons to assist me with my move on November 22nd. I paid $688 dollars the same day.While moving one of my hutches instead of picking it up and carrying it down the ramp of the truck, they pulled it off which caused the two legs to tear off. The two gentlemen didnt think I saw what happened, because I didnt say anything. They set my hutch down in my apartment, with the two detached legs supporting it as if nothing happened. They didnt say a word about it. I have 3 kids, it could have taken 1 of them to hit a leg and the cabinet comes down on them due to not being properly supported. It took me asking what the process is for damaged items, for them to come forward about the broken hutch. They stated I need to file a claim so I contacted the number they provided me and spoke with the owner. I submitted the claim same day and now its over a month since my move and I keep getting the run around and have not been paid one cent back. They also somehow took my sons bunk bed rails which were in pristine condition prior to them loading the rails into the truck. The rails were delivered to me two weeks later beat up and unusable due to the risk of splinters and ****** edges. Its obvious they were sitting in the back of the truck and thrown around. The top bunk is useless without the rails, one of my sons are without a bed!I want compensation for my damaged items. I have called, text and emailed many times.Initial Complaint

They call me and tells me he overslept and that he had to found a other people to help out. These people are a scammer the man text me one price and the mover told me another price. I been Talking to this man since August. I talked to him last week and told him I was really to move. I ask him how much he told me ******* 2 -3 hours. So 2/18/2023 was move day. they were late and then had a small truck, the truck was big like in the picture he sends me and the sheet that they cover up my items. I told the man that the truck was small and old need to be in a junk yard. I told him that I have big items. Then the pic that they have online isn't there truck.they didn't get everything out storage. lucky I borrow someone car to move. they came around 3pm they took so long to move a two bedroom then want to charge me $630 and then change it to $550. I keep trying to call the man the keep forwarding me to the voicemail. then he answers and I told him that they broke my tv's and i send him a video of one of my tv's. he is talking about how we know if the TVs wasn't broken before they moved them. I don't really trust people to move my tv's, but they were a moving company me thinking like they will take care of my stuff. I why would I keep a broken tv. he said he was going call me back and he haven't. then I told him about the price he said he told the move to $500 not $550 they mover told him it was a tip. why would I give y'all a tip and y'all charging me his price and dropping my boxes and stuff. not taking care of it. they are Scammers. I'M TELLING YOU NOW DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE HERE. I thought these was the people who helped me at my last apartment before I had to put my stuff in the storage but i was wrong. never again. they Website pictures are fake they copy and paste off someone else website.Initial Complaint

I hired ******************************** on 11/19/2022 to do a 2 BR apt move I was quoted the move would take approximately 2-4 hrs the cost @ $255-$340 and this included 2 men, a truck and a 1 time trip fee of $85. I was advised during the move that there would be an additional trip needed as the truck wasnt large enough to carry all of our items. The move ended up @ a final cost of $553 due to the additional time needed for the extra trip and the lift on the truck broke during the move which caused additional delays in timing. After we began unpacking our belongings is where it snow balled from the additional cost to now we have broken, damaged and missing items of good value, I originally gave a good review on the night of but this needs to be deleted! **** replied to my text he acknowledged my complaints & requested I send pics via email which I did immediately and to this date he has failed to return my calls, or texts! Im now @ a complete loss I searched for additional contact info for this company only to find a disconnected phone #! I work hard & take pride in my belongings and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable! Im now a statistic of poor service without a resolution and out of pocket additional money because I now have to replace my belongings! If you are reading this please dont consider this company unless you want to become another statistic like the rest of us! I try to support black businesses now ** left wondering had the outcome been different had I went with a more reputable company I should have read the reviews but I have used Dezi before and trusted him and I had no previous issues but I now see this business has truly declined!Initial Complaint

This moving company damaged my property and promised me a refund through insurance and never paid. They lied about sending out a check . Now they are avoiding my calls. And not responding to any messages.Initial Complaint

Booked the company to move my belongings from one home to a new home. The move was scheduled for 7/9/22 and the problems began immediately, starting with the movers being an hour and 45 minutes late. What I negotiated with **** (who purported to be the owner) was for 3 professional movers and a 28-foot truck with an estimated move time of 4 to 6 hours. What I got was one unprofessional "homeboy" and two homeless individuals (one of which did close to absolutely nothing but sit with his head in his lap) who damaged several pieces of my furniture and broke a lamp, a picture. a washing machine drain pan and caused several thousand dollars in damages to my wood floors. A 46-hour job turned into an almost 13-hour ordeal. **** conveniently could not be reached during this ordeal UNTIL I refused to pay the bill. What I was told that night was to pay half of the bill and he would submit a claim for the damages thru his insurance company. Over the next couple of days, I took pictures of the damaged items and submitted. I was told to get estimates which I arranged and submitted After which he blocked my number and has refused to respond to my calls, or emails.
