    I signed up to view pricing not knowing I would be bombarded with spam immediately. I received over 20 calls from various numbers within less than an hour of signing up. I can barely use my phone at this point. This is harassment. I need my email, number, and address placed on a Do Not Contact list immediately.

    I receive multiple emails from Lending Tree every day. I have unsubscribed every time using the link provided, at least ten times by now, and after two weeks I am still being contacted. I regret ever going to their website.

    On 10/03/2022, I received a credit monitoring alert detailing that TUCI-Lending Tree has requested a hard credit inquiry of Transunion credit file, non of which I authorized or initiated. I immediately contacted Transunion at ********** and initiated a credit inquiry dispute. I was advised to reach out to Lending Tree at **********. I contacted a representative at Lending Tree and was informed that many customers has experienced that event throughout the day and that Transunion would hopefully resolve the issue. I was not satisfied with the response nor was I assured that the unauthorized inquiry would be removed from my credit file. As of today the hard inquiry remains on my Transunion credit file nor have a received a call from any Lending Tree personnel advising of such. My Transunion credit file number is *********.

    LendingTree, LLC has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint. TransUnion experienced a short-term processing error on October 3rd,2022, which may have resulted in a hard credit inquiry, rather than a soft credit inquiry, being posted to a limited number of consumer credit files in *****************. The inquiries were scheduled to be corrected by October 6th.  Consumers with credit monitoring services may have received an alert from that service as a result of the hard inquiry posting. This error was not the result of fraud or a data breach, and there was no unauthorized disclosure of credit data. If consumers have additional questions, they can contact TransUnions customer support line at ************ anytime between 8am-11pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, or visit our support center on our website: https://www.transunion.com/customer-support/support-options.Additionally, consumers can access one free credit report online from each of the three credit reporting agencies every seven days by visiting annualcreditreport.com.
    We are reviewing this issue to understand how it occurred and what can be put in place to prevent it from happening again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    I am sick and tired of receiving advertising e-mails on a daily basis from this "business". calling themselves "Lending Tree"....I.sometimes receive their e-mail ads twice a day.......I have attempted to "unsubscribe" with no success, they just continue to HARASS me. I certainly regret having browsed their site a few months back...I do not know how to stop this continual barrage of irritation...KA

    I receive daily emails from Lending Tree. I have never had any dealings with this company. I have tried to unsubscribe or block these annoying spam messages to no avail. Do I have any options?

    Complete bait and switch and harassment. Excellent credit etc. Rates as low as **** and then get offers of **** and above. A whole mess of emails and calls. I don't know how this company has any positive reviews. I suspect they pay reviewing websites for high scores. All user related reviews are bad. Please stop contacting me remove me from all lists and your partners list. Scam.

    I have never used Lending Tree and I am not even sure how they got my email address. They send me emails EVERYDAY (up to 3 times a day). I have unsubscribed a dozen times to no avail. Please stop the harassment and STOP emailing me.

Can ************** confirm the screenshot with the emails are from ********************* or maybe the emails are going to a different email address??  We cannnot determine from the screenshot what email address the emails are being sent to in order to ensure ************** is unsubscribed from our system.

    On 8/31 Lendingtree took $63.00 out of Bank account for a pre paid account but we only agreed to pay a one time payment for $63.00 per our contract on the website. We did not agree to reoccurring payment. When the balance get low we attempted to pause the campaign but we cannot pause the account. So I attempted to resolve the issue by submitting a support request, it does not work. It says we have an internal error. Our entire profile is grayed out, we cannot stop the campaign, we cannot modify anything on our account, we cannot change customer profile and WE CANNOT STOP the Billing since we cannot pause the account or edit billing. I'm requesting our $63.00 refunded and not reoccurring payment as we agreed to a one time payment and when the balance is low we need the ability to PAUSE THE ACCOUNT TO PREVENT BILLING. Also, we need to remove billing information and make sure our account is editable. You cannot gray out our account making it not editable so we cannot pause the account so you can keep charging.     I have canceled their automatic emails 7 times in the last 2 months, but they still keep sending them. Several emails per day. I want the emails to stop.

    I am rejecting this response because:I Contacted the bbb on august 29th, 2022 as I had been receiving emails from lending tree and had tried to unsubscribe to them but, I still would receive the emails. The reference number for my last complaint is ********. I receive a message through your messaging system that they were going to remove my email from their list and it would take 10 business days. This is now day 11 and I have received an email from lending tree this morning. At this point I do not even know what to say anymore. I want these emails to stop and If I have to say I want money for this bs. It is not right that I have to contact you for this a second time and 7 times now since i have tried to deal with the company directly.

    LendingTree, LLC has conducted additional research on the matter addressed in the complaint.  The consumer had two customer records with the email address of **********************,which is why he was still getting emails.  We have removed and unsubscribe the second customer record.   It will take another **** business days business days for the emails to subside.  LendingTree apologies for any inconvenience.

    Continue to receive emails from lending tree every day after inscribing Messages with no results. I Want Lending Tree to stop emailing me. I have emailed their customer service , and emails continue. Stop harassment.
