      Plumbing technician **** arrived on time for an appointment to resolve a leaking hose bib. He determined that the bib required rebuilding as opposed to being replaced and proceeded to do so. He was professional, personable,pleasant, and proficient. Exemplified the level of service that I have come to associate with Morris-Jenkins. Outstanding service.

      *************************** from Morris Jenkins came out today and helped us with a plumbing issue. He is another fine example of the customer service provided by the company. ******* (****) was on time, super polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. He was efficient and cognizant of cost and of our concern for aesthetics. I have always felt that MJ employees are a level above all others. **** certainly lived up to my expectations! I can honestly say that if we need plumbing repairs in future, we would hope to have him assigned as **************.

      The overcharged me for their service. I paid more than $600 for labor for 30 minute job.

      I can't even to begin in expressing how happy I am with Morris-Jenkins. *************************** is one of the finest employees that you have !!! He is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I so appreciate professionals who are down to earth yet get the job done ...doing it right the first time....It's employees like him that keep me happy with Morris-Jenkins. *************************
