Today my husband and I met ****. We called for just a check and wash. We were not having any issues with the ***** He was very knowledgeable about the maintenance plan. So much we decided to sign up with the plan. **** was friendly and personable. He came out quickly, shortly after we called. He was very diligent about his work. Thank you ****. I phoned Morris Jenkins to fix a leaky shut off valve on my water well. I was at work, but family member was here to act on my behalf. The technician quoted 1250 to change a ball valve. My family member stated that was expensive and would need approval by me. The tech told him to wait a minute, let him see what he could do. Two minutes later he told my family member he could do it for $740z. Tell me that this is on the up and up. Unbelievable over $500 in a natter of two minutes. I was told big establishments like Morris Jenkins were usually trustworthy. Im not feeling the trustworthiness at all! Someone was gouging or trying to take advantage of someone older ***** wanted a awesome tip!Review from Thomas G

2 new AC units were completely installed within 5 hours. Carpets were protected and premises were were left spoteless. Both **** and ***** were courteous and professional. **** explained systems functions and answered any questions we had.
