      ***** was a lifesaver for me tonight. I am so glad that Morris Jenkins work until midnight. ***** was so nice and caring and considerate of my concerns for my home. He found where the leak was coming from and assured me it was not my hot water heater. Thank you so much *****.

      The *** team came to our home within a couple of hours of my first contact. They identified the problem and got right on it. It was a major repair/installation but their team were professional and efficient. Thanks to **** for identifying the problem and solution, and the ***** and his co-technician for the installation. This is our first experience with Morris-Jenkins and their service service was nothing less than outstanding.

      ****** with Morris Jenkins was able to fix my electrical issue after most companies have gone home for the day! ****** called to say he was on the way, arrived at the scheduled time, and quickly went to work solving the problem. Not only was he very professional, but he was personable as well. I especially appreciated how he went the extra mile to make sure we were safe. We are so happy with the service ****** provided.

      My Morris Jenkins tech, ******* *******, was on time, professional and personable. He got right to work and serviced both of my ************* and inspected my crawl space, which I didnt know he was going to do. He identified a fungus issue with mushrooms growing in the crawl space, indicating a moisture problem. He provided me with photos and options to address the issues. I am grateful that he made me aware of these issues before it got too far. I appreciate how diligent Braydon and other techs from this company are when it comes to caring about my homes welfare.       Our city water service pipe broke and we discovered the problem late in the afternoon. I contact Morris-Jenkins and they sent a technician the same evening to help diagnose the problem and suggest repair options. Today the utility lines are all marked and we were informed the repair will begin in the morning. Ill update once the repair has been done, but so far we are appreciative of ****** ******* fast response.

      I had my A/C replaced by Morris-Jenkins in June, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.The salesman, *****, quoted me $11,000 for parts and labor and assured me I would also receive a $300 rebate from *********** and a $2,000 tax credit. That offer was a big factor in my decision to move forward but I later found out that neither the rebate nor the tax credit applied to my situation. It felt like something that was just said to close the sale.When I called to bring this up, Morris-Jenkins told me they would make it right by sending me a $300 check. After waiting almost a month with nothing received, I called back and was told there was no record of a refund on my ********** make matters worse, when my system was inspected (as is required after installation), I was informed that the unit was a potential fire hazard due to faulty installation. Morris-Jenkins did eventually come back to fix this issue, but it should have been done correctly the first time not months later after I had already been running the system.Ive used Morris-Jenkins in the past with no issues, which is why I trusted them with such a big purchase. But after this experience, I regret that decision. Its frustrating to see a reputable company resort to misleading sales tactics and poor workmanship.

      Pre-season system checks with Morris-Jenkins are always money well spent. Thoroughness and professionalism of techs is always there and today was no exception. Had the pleasure once again of having ******* *. taking care of us today. Its the great service and great people like ******* that keep us with ***. ***** *. **********
