5 stars******- ******* was such a professional and friendly company to work with. The representative talked through all options with such expertise and knowledge without ******* or pressure. The techs that did the installation were so respectful to both myself and the property. They were so friendly. I would recommend this company. They are worth it!Review fromAmber G

2 starsSo for about a week now our Aac unit hasn't been able to keep up with the heat outside and its been getting up to the 90s inside the house. I called morris jenkins to come out and look at it for us. They say it has a leak and its low on refridgerant. The guys goes through our options and tells us that we should just replace the whole unit or do a temp fix and replace the coil or fill with refridgerant. We cant afford that so we get a second opinion. The next Monday the other guy comes from a different company and says he doesn't see that its low on refridgerant or that there's a leak. He says there is a little bit of a burn **** on the switch part next to the capacitor but that he can clean the coil and replace the part for us. He does that and the ** is holding temp during the day now perfectly. I cant believe they were going to charge us almost $600 to fill it, $4000 for a new coil or $16 to $19000 for a brand new system. When all it needed was a good clean and a small part replacement.Review fromCarolyn A

5 stars********* did an excellent job with our plumbing and pressure cleaning the pipes to get rid of the build up over decades. She was prompt, friendly and an excellent communicator, and provided education on our pipes. She was an absolute professional, and we have had no issues with back *** or clogs since. Most recently, on July 15th, I had my heat pump replaced by installation specialists *** **** and ***** Cabanaand I couldnt be more impressed.Les and ***** were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my home. 5 stars**** did a great job solving the task of correcting the distribution of air throughout the house. He had to find the controls for the vents in the house crawl space and adjust those duct controls to provide an even flow of air from the air conditioner to all the rooms. He drew up some plans of the duct work to assist future technicians. He posses a troubleshooting mentality. He is a valuable asset to his employerMorris-Jenkins
