    Contracted with Southern Home Services on 4/19/2022 for repair of exterior facia boards and trim for a price of $8380.31. The contract provided a workmanship warranty for a period of 10 years from job completion.On 4/28/2024 I sent email to *********** at SHS advising him that one of the trim pieces that was repaired during thr work covered by the contract had detached from the house and was lodged in the roof gutter. I followed up on 5/3/2024 with a second email when he did not respond.On 5/3/2024 *** responded that he would definitely get it taken care of and let me know when he would have someone up our way to fix.Since 5/3/24 I sent *** 3 emails answering his questions regarding the size a location of the trim piece in question, and have not heard from him since.On 5/19/24 and again on 5/24/24 I sent him emails requesting a scheduled date and time for the repair with no response.

    We apologize for dropping the ball on the repair that was requested several times.  The repair was completed Thursday, May 30th.  In the future, all requests for service should go directly through our office and not though our sales team.  Thank you!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    SHS responded to the complaint in a timely manner and completed the repairs honoring their warranty.
