      I ordered hats from Printful and they were never delivered. They refuse to help to try and find them or send replacements or issue a refund. Its been over three weeks from when the shipment was supposedly attempted.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      Based on the tracking link information, the package was with ***** It is possible that the carrier was unable to deliver the order because the box is too big. Right now the tracking shows that the package was picked up on November 7th. If that is not accurate, please let us know by replying to our last email.
      We understand how unpleasant the wait has been. Please know that we take responsibility for various shipping errors, however, the information on the tracking link indicated that the package couldn't be delivered successfully so it is up to the recipient to contact the carrier to find out what is the cause for rescheduled delivery or if the parcel needs to be picked up. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

      We requested a refund for two items that we wore not happy with due to the printing, and the actual manufacturing of the items. We were told via chat to take multiple photos. We were told that Printful would issue a refund but kept asking for more and more photos. eventually we believe this was done out of spite on the agents part and that she never intended to issue a refund. after sending multiple photos she retracted what she said regarding issuing a refund. order #PF82751138

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      If there's ever an issue with any of the received products that has been an error on our side or if the product is damaged or lost in transit, we would always take full responsibility. In such cases, we don't require any of the items to be sent back to us. However, we require images of the received products where the issue is clearly visible and the product can be identified. This would be a requirement for all of our customers equally. You can take a look here for detailed return policies: https://www.printful.com/policies/returns 

      During the conversation with customer a refund was offered for one of the products in question. However, the solution wasn't agreed upon as customer preferred refund for both products and the conversation was ended. As of now, a refund for one of the products has been issued back to Printful wallet. Customer has been contacted regarding this and we would still like hear regarding the issues mentioned regarding the second hoodie and as soon as we receive images in question.
